Georgia man murdered while jogging. Judge declines to press charges

Prove it with evidence not your opinion. The evidence isn't on their side.

Intention matters. Motives matters. As of now with the evidence I believe they truly thought a crime had been committed. But the evidence played against them. I dont believe a death sentence is necessary but definitely time behind bars. They still killed a innocent man.

The evidence shows Arbery physically attacking the men, trying to take the gun from one of them, and losing his life. That is no opinion, that is what the video shows. The new videos even show him not jogging down the street like was lied about, but rather coming out of a house under construction.

Motive and intention aren't really that weighty in this case because it is a case of self defense. You can speculate that maybe Arbery's motive for physically assaulting the men is because he was perhaps up to criminal activity, but it's still a moot point because the simple truth is he physically assaulted them regardless of his motive and they had to defend themselves.

There is a man that looks quite like Arbery that was getting into houses, even right before this video as new video shows.

It's not illegal for the citizen to care about their community.

It's not illegal to own a gun.

It's not illegal to question black people.

It is illegal to physically assault someone.

This is one of the most clear cut open and shut cases ever of self defense.

I see a truck chasing a man. The man running has every right to use deadly force to stop the truck from injuring him.

There seems to be a gap in the activity.

We hear a gunshot. Then a man trying to take a shotgun away from another comes into view. Then we hear two more shots. The second shots appear to me to come from the truck.

I'm not sure that I'm watching the same incident. Who is guilty of murder? I'll let the grand jury sort that out.

Be warned. If I am running down the road, and you are chasing me with your truck, I'm going to empty my 9 mil into your truck at windshield level.

for anyone reading this not familiar with this-

down in the southern and parts of the southwest u.s.a., in rural areas most everyone has guns ( plural), and if they catch someone messing around where they should not be, the guns are coming out, and if the situation escalates , the guns will get used.

I am not saying it is right, but it is reality.
