Perhaps is the soft porn ads on the host site that causes the clip to run so poorly. Still, a shot was clearly fired before Arbery made physical contact with the gun toter, according to what can be seen on the video. If you think you see Arbery assaulting the man before a shot was fired, you are imagining things, because ALL shots are fired while the men involved are out of view, and no defensive assault on Arbery's part is visible before he is shot at.

Arbery violently rushed and assaulted the armed man while trying to take his weapon, Arbery the threat was killed in self defense.
 
Can these guys get a trial before they are executed?
I mean we have thrown out all other rights. Why would the right of presumption of innocence and a fair trial of a jury of their peers be any different?

If they are found guilty I fully support the death penalty, but I never believe a single word the media says. They have an agenda. So I am immediately suspicious the moment they want to crucify someone. The young man from Covington comes to mind as one example. Let the facts come out.

And I’m sorry, but how absurd a comment from the poster that said this wouldn’t get much attention. What media is not covering this?

CNN paid millions and the other networks are right behind.

Ahmud Arbery was killed in self defense, the attached TMZ clip is self explanitory as he violently attacked the armed man.

Well the thing is that they were all ready acquitted. Hence why the judge has to be attacked in order to re-open the case to try to get a different result. Though if anyone watches the video, which was the evidence in the initial case, it's pretty easy to see why the judge ruled the way he did.

It's nothing but politics, it's all the White racist fault, Arbery was just a innocent bystander.

Well of course their favorite fakecrime and narrative gets deflated pretty quickly by the video. Probably why they don't show the full video and have gone to great lengths to scrub it from the internet.

My reference is to the fakecrime of racism, it like many other fakecrimes are actually not crimes because they are just opinions. Nevertheless Satan's kids get really animated over words and fakecrimes while they themselves commit the darkest of deeds.

Arbery had every right to self defense. The citizens arrest has certain standards. None was met. No evidence shows Arbery did anything wrong. By facts alone he was innocent and was confronted with 2 armed men. I personally think it was stupid to run at them than away but he had every right to defend himself.

One has to prove racism was involved to claim racism. People kill each other all the time.

They committed a crime of shooting someone that by all facts was innocent. They may had truly believed he was a criminal and intentions do matter as to why they may not get a death Verdict. But in the end the facts played against their beliefs.

Racism isnt a fake crime if proven. As in if they have writings supporting their hate of another race then yes that was a motive. Or some call it hate crimes.

I disagree with hate crime because technically all crime is hate. It is just another sentence to slap on more prison time.

No, if you watch the video it is very clear that this man initiated an assault upon them, so he is not innocent. It doesn't really matter whether or not he is actually the person the broke into the homes (though there are some pretty compelling videos of this also), because it is not a crime to stop someone and ask them something. It is a crime it physically assault someone though.

Racism is a fakecrime because it is purely subjective and based upon deceptions, opinions, and emotions. This is why Satan's children, the children of the lie, cleave to such fakecrimes quite a bit in this day and age and they don't ever do that which is right nor that which is just. They are outraged by fakecrimes, which are essentially lies, but when actual evil things are done they are always so silent, or even will defend the wicked.
