Which Bible translation is the best one to read?

That's a hard question to answer. I use the KJV primarily. But also use modern translations for input on difficult passages. The Old Testament can be challenging so I use the Amplified Bible, The New Century Version, And the new translations based on Nestle Alund 27-28 (the oldest manuscripts yet).

First, please understand that your question is likely to stir a hornet's nest, as JaumeJ mentioned. There are people who will make vehement arguments in favour of certain translations (well, one in particular) and even imply that most others are not just inferior, but inspired by the enemy. Ignore such arguments for now.
The translation that is best is the one you actually read.
There are many factors to consider. What I suggest is that you choose ten passages (randomly or not) from across the Bible, including Genesis, Psalms, Proverbs, at least one of the major prophets, the gospels, Paul's letters, and Revelation. Go to BibleGateway.org and find each of those passages in a dozen different translations. Think about how easy you find the language to understand, and whether it is the language you use every day, or maybe just a little bit challenging. Take notes so you're able to track your thoughts. Once you've finished the exercise, review your notes, and try reading a longer passage in each of your "favourite" three translations. Then you'll have a good idea which one is best... for you.

The NET (New English Translation) Bible version is a relatively new Bible version that contains the complete original Biblical languages translated to English. Well, as original as is possible given the autographs, true first copies of documents containing Gods words are not available.

Go with the KVJ. Any difficult passages or words...study to shew thyself approved unto God...
If you're in medical school, you'll come across many terms and phrases that are difficult. What to do? Update and change the words? Nope. Study.
The English language has evolved, why do people command others to read an archaic form of it? Your scripture application is incorrect and analogy used is to trick people.
I recommend the King James (Authorized) Version. Using other versions for support is also recommended.

Or devolved? What we speak is a watered down, slang form of English. The KJV is not archaic...I read it every day.
KJV also added and removed passages according to older translations.
It is not a unique thing to modern translations.
And besides, the real issue is the manuscripts from which one, the KJV, is translated, and all others are translated. One book stands alone.

Lol either way it's vastly different. Not every passage is difficult in the KJV and some I prefer over other translations! If it's not a stumbling block for a person to read the Word, that's great! It's the commanding that you must only read the KJV that I have issue with.
You would understand my passion if you truly believed what you have in your possession is the pure, holy word of God.

I like the New Heart English Bible and PCE-KJV, I really get a kick out of reading James Murdoch 1852 English peshitta, that guy used some of the old big words in the translation it’s interesting reading some of the older words used back in the day.
