Maybe they're referring to the Book of Hebrews? If the law is written on the hearts and in the mind of people, when God created all humanity in the beginning, we cannot then be separated from it?

You might want to get ready for an eye opening experience. I had never heard of a problem with works in my entire life till I came here and have been defending them against this one sentence ever since. " Salvation is a gift, you can't get it through works" Seriously. You think I am exaggerating, I assure you I am not. The most basic of premises of Christianity. Jesus saves. By His blood our sins are forgiven. Thank God I am a sinner who would like to "not be" as much as possible so this is great. All I need do is repent and that law that I broke is wiped away. Basic. While it is plain to read they do not believe "sin" exists for them once Justified. It is as if OSAS = OJAJ. Permanent Justification.
Why? or What reasons? Hard to know exactly I do personally know many people who simply CANNOT/WILL NOT admit error. It is a Psychological/Spiritual disease. I have heard the term "Narcissism". Read a bit on it too. Seems to be considered a lock down disease. A spiritual/mental trap without a door. I don't think these are under this, at least I hope not! But I wouldn't be surprised if many in this world who identify as "Christian" are.

that's not disobedience to gravity. that's submitting yourself to it.
My comments concerned the perspective some hold concerning God's law and sin as the scripture applies. Without law there is no sin. In matters of sin itself, I would defer to the salvation principle and the scriptures that tell us the redeemed in Christ are a new creation. We are no longer the sinner we were prior to being redeemed of our sins that were tallied in our corrupt, fallen, former self.
Book of Romans 6

I understand what you’re saying and appreciate it. It’s funny because I see what you’re saying but I see also the opposite side of the spectrum.

and at that point ALL would cease to be "under it" any more. That was approx. 2000 years ago. So for the last 2 millennium we have been under grace.
Christ compared it to the 1st husband of a wife has who has died and as such "the marriage" and all the rules and laws that were valid for that marriage" CEASE and
Christ is become that wifes' 2nd Husband, and an entire new relationship is set in place. AND WHAT A PRICE OUR LORD AND SAVIOR PAID TO BE THAT NEW HUSBAND TO US.
Everyone on this thread has read and knows this is the Gods Honest TRUTH. It is beyond contestation.
And anyone who tries to tell anyone anything different than that is a liar. What were the problems man had with that law? Well if you broke one you broke them all, AND worse than that is they didn't have the Blood of Jesus, like we do, so they could not just repent and be made clean. They had to wait. They had to carry that sin with them. And if they died, there was no "salvation" for the sinner. There was no grace afforded them. WE are so blessed. Also they only had animals blood, no where near the infinite value of the volunteered Blood of Christ. They had all the priests that performed the sacrifices and the priest that went to talk to God on their behalf. We have a High Priest who sits at the right hand of God by who work here on earth allows us, through repentance, to speak with God ourselves. My God how much easier could God have made it for us. He loves us even as we are sinners, But you know He loves us so much more when He can hear us. We also have no fear of death as they did. Jesus did that for us also. I guess God could have made it easier as we see here. Gives new meaning to His yoke is light, doesn't it? He is almost carrying us, especially when you compare through a deep study how easy we have it.

Do you realize that even though it no longer holds power over us, it is still our History. It is still with every jot and tittle a telling of who God is and what Holy is to us. What makes Him happy. What gives Him pleasure. When you make a study of all the books of Moses, your eyes are opened to soo much of who the Lord is and what the Lord is about and you feel the love put forth from our God for us to live and walk right.
I am she. I am the one, who some believe, puts forth "silly" things. So don't you believe me until you yourself check out all I say in the Word. And I promise you when you do, SILLLY will have a light shed right upon it. How desperate one must be to make such ludacris statements as to "divides the law "SO"......"

What spirit do you think it is that leads you to be so condescending and vicious in your remarks toward Christians here? Angrily accusing us and condemning those among us who may indeed choose to do as God beckoned, remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy as that day that sets us apart for holy service to our Creator.
Do you notice the context of that edict? "Remember". It wasn't that the fourth commandment came into being on Sinai. It was that the holiness of that day was recalled into the Decalogue of God on Sinai. A reiteration hearkening back to creation from whence our species came into being, when through God's creation and breath, we became a living soul.
And after our labors, as God after his own, we are given a day of respite from our labors in this world. From working in construction, driving trucks, working in a cubicle world in corporate America, and so forth.
A day when we are able to leave the attentions this world requires us to have toward all its drama so as to make a living, to be distracted by inane nonsense called entertainment on large and small screens, a day when we can escape the troubling drama that garners our attentions. And spend a day in prayer, in worship, in communion with our Father.
Why is that so repellent to you? Why would you charge those who respect that gift from God's grace are, "Judaizers", as if that's a curse word, a slur, meant to demean? When our Lord Jesus was born into a Jewish family and practiced the Jewish faith being God in flesh.
The word, remember, in the fourth command means it predates the commands given in Sinai being God made the seventh day His day of rest after he had created all things in the prior six days. God rested from his creative endeavors.
Genesis 2:3 So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work that he had done in creation.
Exodus 31:13 “You are to speak to the people of Israel and say, ‘Above all you shall keep my Sabbaths, for this is a sign between me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I, the Lord, sanctify you.
