So you went from accusing me of saying Jesus was the Law to this?
His Will, Law and Word are the same.
I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.
(Psa 40:8; Heb 10:7 KJV)
God said,
Jas 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
Jas 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
Jas 1:20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
Jas 1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted
word, which is able to save your souls.
God said,
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my
laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
(Heb 8:10 KJV)
God said,
Rom 10:6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above
Rom 10:7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
Rom 10:8 But what saith it? The
word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
God said,
2Cor 3:3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written
not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God;
not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
2Cor 3:4 And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:
2Cor 3:5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;
2Cor 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
