You yourself are adding to the CONFUSION, NOT GOD.

2 Timothy 1:9 (HCSB)
9 He has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began.

Philippians 1:6 (HCSB)
6 I am sure of this, that He who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

2 John 1:2 (HCSB)
2 because of the truth that remains in us and will be with us forever.

2 Timothy 2:19 (HCSB)
19 Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands firm, having this inscription: The Lord knows those who are His, and Everyone who names the name of the Lord must turn away from unrighteousness.

Ephesians 2:8-9 (NJB)
8 Because it is by grace that you have been saved, through faith; not by anything of your own, but by a gift from God;
9 not by anything that you have done, so that nobody can claim the credit.

Titus 3:5-8 (HCSB)
5 He saved us not by works of righteousness that we had done, but according to His mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
6 He poured out this ⌊Spirit⌋ on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior,
7 so that having been justified by His grace, we may become heirs with the hope of eternal life.
8 This saying is trustworthy. I want you to insist on these things, so that those who have believed God might be careful to devote themselves to good works. These are good and profitable for everyone.

Romans 11:6 (NASB)
6 But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works, otherwise grace is no longer grace.

Ephesians 1:11-14 (HCSB)
11 We have also received an inheritance in Him, predestined according to the purpose of the One who works out everything in agreement with the decision of His will,
12 so that we who had already put our hope in the Messiah might bring praise to His glory.
13 When you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and when you believed in Him, you were also sealed with the promised Holy Spirit.
14 He is the down payment of our inheritance, for the redemption of the possession, to the praise of His glory.

1 Peter 1:3-5 (HCSB)
3 Praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. According to His great mercy, He has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead
4 and into an inheritance that is imperishable, uncorrupted, and unfading, kept in heaven for you.
5 You are being protected by God’s power through faith for a salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.

Psalm 50:15 (NRSV)
15 Call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me."

1 John 3:14 (HCSB)
14 We know that we have passed from death to life because we love our brothers.
The one who does not love remains in death.

You absolutely have to be BORN AGAIN, to correctly interpret the Scriptures.

1 Corinthians 2:6-16 (NIV)
6 We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.
7 No, we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began.
8 None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
9 However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"--
10 but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
11 For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
12 We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us.
13 This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words.
14 The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment:
16 "For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ.
"You absolutely have to be BORN AGAIN, to correctly interpret the Scriptures."

This one sentence says much about you. You claim esoteric knowledge and because of this, see no need to listen to those who you label as not BORN AGAIN. You, like many others on this forum see yourselves as privy to knowledge that only those who meet your definition of born again can understand. You live in a world of self-assurance, assuming what you want to be true and not allowing for the possibility that you could be seriously mistaken.

Because you believe that God has personally given you this ability, you cannot accept the notion of your interpretation being in error.

I'll be a Christian and let it go.
You are obviously very young.
I pray you ascertain God’s wisdom and peace that goes beyond all understanding. The wisdom and peace that comes with giving it all to the precious blood of Jesus Christ.

No I am say on you,
I promise you, I can be extremely sarcastic, but I also promise you I am not being sarcastic with you whatever. I am sincerely humble with you because I only want the very best for you. Please do not mistake what I yearn so desperately for you to be sarcasm.

509 anothen (a) from above, from heaven, (b) from the beginning, from their origin (source), from of old, (c) again, anew.
This is in opposition to the fallen angels refusing to be born of woman.
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be FROM ABOVE he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
BORN OF THE MOTHERS WOMB AND THEN BORN OF THE SPIRIT AT BAPTISM
4151 PNEUMA wind, breath, spirit. Heb ruach

John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
REPEATING ONCE AGAIN FOR THOSE WHO DIDN'T CATCH IT THE FIRST TIME MOTHERS WOMB, THEN WHEN BAPTISED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT AT WATER BAPTISM JUST LIKE JOHN GAVE JESUS WHEN THE SPIRIT OF GOD DESCENDED UPON HIM LIKE A DOVE

John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born FROM ABOVEagain.

John 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. 4151 WIND SPIRIT BREATHE OF LIFE

many membered body. all with different gifts from God. all placed in different places. is what I say to what you think about me or my upbringing, or my relationship with God or my spirit filled life.
Please, no need to tell me how I am Wrong again, hopefully you will realize soon, we do not have the same beliefs. We read the same passage, and though I don't get mad that you do not read and understand as I do, you do. I find it very strange.

All the 'non salvation losers' say you stand for once saved always saved then get mad at people who use it but don't believe it which you should understand more that the ones who don't. It really is... I don't really know the word for that. I might have to make up a word.

Definition
A belief in something that sets everyone free yet angers the believer when those, who are free, use it without the belief.
A belief in doctrine that sets everyone free while at the same time angering the believer at those who freely use it without the belief.

Not quite right but Ill work on it.

A beliefanger, with definition #2

Christian Water Baptism IS NOT THE BAPTISM THAT IS THE ONE BAPTISM, THAT HE THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE BAPTIZER WHO IMMERSES US INTO THE SPIRITUAL BODY OF CHRIST. Christian Water Baptism is only our Public Identification that We Follow Christ.

THE ONE BAPTISM HAPPENS THE VERY MOMENT WE FIRST REPENT AND BELIEVE, WHEN HE BECOMES OUR TEACHER:

1. THE HOLY SPIRIT FIRST COMES INTO OUR HEART (HUMAN SPIRIT),
2. BIRTHING OUR HUMAN SPIRIT INTO ETERNAL LIFE,
3. POURS GOD'S LOVE DIRECTLY INTO OUR HEARTS,
4. AND IMMERSING US INTO THE SPIRITUAL BODY OF CHRIST.

THAT IS WHAT BORN AGAIN IS ALL ABOUT.

Ephesians 4:4-6 (ASV)
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as also ye were called in one hope of your calling;
5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, [🡨 Not Christian Water Baptism]
6 one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all.

HERE IS THE ONE BAPTISM THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT PREFORMS TO IMMERSE US INTO THE SPIRITUAL BODY OF CHRIST.

1 Corinthians 12:13-14 (ESV)
13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body
Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.
14 For the body does not consist of one member but of many.

THAT IMMERSION INTO THE SPIRITUAL BODY OF CHRIST, SAVES US ALL, INCLUDING THE THIEF ON THE CROSS, THE MOMENT WE FIRST GENUINELY BELIEVED.

How are you saved?
Here is some encouragement from the Bible, I just remembered it, and it encouraged me.

Acts 26:14 (KJV)
14 And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

The pricks He is talking about is Goads. The last thing your want to kick against when all you have is sandals on your feet is these type of Goads. Saul showed that stubborn resistance just before he responded to CHRIST.

I'm confused here @DeighAnn are you having issues with using grace as a license to sin? Or with OSAS in general?

I'm not declaring it either way because everyone has a different walk with the Lord. different struggles, different purpose, etc. Different personalities. I think we should all "hearken" to each other as image bearers but that is sometimes difficult to perceive through posts. Not impossible with his guidance...it's just that there's a lot I just "let go" but just the emotion of the moment, not always the encounter itself, but I don't have resolution in my own mind about the division of doctrines. There are some that I'm completely against because they feel "witchy" to me but fortunately that stuff is very rare here and I've only seen two people like that. One was banned and the other disappeared after one thead.

Anyway just figured I'd bring to remembrance Phillipians 2:12 "...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling" KJV.

Sometimes I'll be honest. I have no idea how people act a certain way or come across the way they do, but I'm not the Lord and I'm not the head ;)

Here is how insidious it is. They have made statements questioning my salvation, and now so do you. I have not questioned my salvation, nor have I asked them a question about my salvation. But you see, because I don't believe as they believe, to them I can't be saved. You have to ask yourself, is that intentional? What is my church background, how do I know I am saved, was my baptism correct for them? There are all question of the earthy man and its effects can be seen in the scripture you posted for me. Now here are a few I posted that are in question
Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity
1Corinthians 3:13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.

1Corinthians 3:14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

1Corinthians 3:15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

1Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

1Corinthians 3:17 IF ANY man defile the temple of God, HIM SHALL GOD DESTROY for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
2 Peter 2:20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

2 Peter 2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

2 Peter 2:22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
Hebrews 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

Hebrews 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

Hebrews 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Hebrews 6:7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
Ezekiel 18:23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

Ezekiel 18:24 But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die

New International Version
Do not be overrighteous, neither be overwise-- why destroy yourself?

In your arrogance you have assumed much. You count yourself among the wise because you have concluded that you have a discernment that is of God. You may well have but your insistence that the pronouns used in many of the verses you present apply to you and not others is rather troubling.

Verse Concepts
Let no man deceive himself If any man among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise.

Prove yourself wise by admitting you may be wrong.

Easy believism - a ticket touts entry into heaven

Come here, come here, I have these front row seats to the banquet of the King, passed over
by these really important dudes, which you can purchase by filling in the quick questionare.
Even better I can give you the answers, so you qualify special and easy, and even better,
it does not matter what you do between now and the feast you are guaranteed a place,
sealed in by your optimism you got the best seats in the house. Come on guys, put a smile
on, the King would never reject you, even if it is a fake ticket, He is so loving, kind and generous.

Trouble is Jesus declared we will be judged by what we do in the body.

6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil.
1 Tim 3

10 For we will all stand before God's judgment seat.
11 It is written: "'As surely as I live,' says the Lord, 'every knee will bow before me; every tongue will confess to God.'"
12 So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.
Rom 14

10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive
what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.
2 Cor 5

17 For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what
will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?
18 And, "If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?"
1 Peter 4

36 But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken.
37 For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned."
Matt 12

Imagine this. Some believe God knows who are His before He hears or listens to what they have done
or said. But this is naive, because it is words and actions that define who we are.
So if one takes ones whole life, what will it testify to? Truth in Christ or hypocrisy?

Some think they already have a pass, to face Christ alone for rewards for good deeds done in Him or
just passing through fire, though saved. Sounds rather like the opposite. We are either true in Christ
or it is just some self appeasing act, or we are just sinners flying a kite. Our greatest failure is often
to believe we are something different than how are lives have actually been led or the words we have
spoken. It is like the act we think we are, is what we think God sees, rather than the truth, which maybe
a lot more scary and shameful than we can even begin to face today.

God bless you, for if in Christ we confess our sins and repent, He will forgive our sins and heal us from the
consequences of our sin, Amen.
Some may think I am upset by easy believist people.
I simply believe God calls us to follow Him, to have working faith, and if you do not have working faith,
have you met Jesus who I have met or even listened to His words.
Everyone makes their choices, and Amen, you reap what you sow, and my heart calls out to those who
would miss the power of the cross and the purity of the indwelling Holy Spirit, to taste and see that
the Lord is good, Amen. God bless you all as you desire to listen our follow the King.

Compliments of God via grace through having faith in Jesus Christ. Why does that upset you?
The truth cuts and divides asunder.....workers for and salvation losers cannot deal with the word of God in context because when coupled with honesty and integrity it condemns their vanilla cinnamon arsenic laced deadly false dogma.......
