If Speaking in tongues is not understanding each other than how is it any different than Babel. Babeling away resulted in separation.
If Speaking in tongues is God giving langues to people so others could understand the Gospel, this causes a uniting of the church.

How do you know your experience is from God. 1) the Spirit bears witness with my Spirit and experience. 2) The mighty word of God declares,testifies and witnesses my experience is authenticated by His Word.
It is so rediculous. It is like I am a pilot with 3000 hours of flying and experiences.
Then a guy with no flying offers instructions about flying from his book theoretical knowledge.
Then at a aviation convention THE BOOK GUY gets owned by those that prove to him his book knowledge is far,far inferior to those with actual experience.

This film was actually made by a Concerned tongues speaking Pentecostal, that he believes the CHURCH had fallen for the KUNDALINI evil spirit, thinking it was the Holy Spirit.

1. We have a person who has walked with God for many years. And experienced the love and power of God and the Holy SPirit
2. A person claimes to have been saved and starts to speak in tongues, and now believes he is just as powerful as the one with many years of experience.

The moment the HS comes in You start your journey,
I can see people who grew up under the law Who knew of God, who knew scripture and had a solid scriptural background receiving the spirit and because of all their knowledge and experience, the HS takes that and opens their minds to that truth immediately (like saul/paul and many others)
But a new person off the street? Who knows maybe a few bible verses he or she heard before?
It is like a pilot who has 3000 hours of flying experience so he has the basic knowledge, He just has to learn that particual plane. As compaired to a first time student who is learning from scratch.

The Apostles taught TONGUES were For HIM to validate the NEW TESTAMENT to unbelieving JEWS. The Greek word for TONGUES was Dialektos, which is a Dialect of any earthly language complete with the CORRECT ACCENT for that LANGUAGE.

The word in Acts 2:8 is indeed "dialektos". However, the word in Acts 2:4 is "glossa". It's the root from which we get the English word, "glossary". That word also appears in Acts 10:46 and 19:6, and in 1 Corinthians 12:10 and 30; 13:1; and all through chapter 14. It seems to me that VCO is trying to imply that "speaking in tongues" is actually "speaking in dialects". A single use of a Greek word against over a dozen uses of a different word fails to support that interpretation.

We currently have a Generation of people in the CHURCH that will TRUST THEIR EYES, and not the WORD OF GOD. THAT TICKLES SATAN, because NOW he has them believing every sign, is of the Holy Spirit. THAT generation has forgotten that Satan can do Miracles too.
Are cessationists allowed to believe the bible and share with other that God is no longer bringing any new revelations as prophecy? Or is tongues, God's words inspired and written in more than the Hebrew language as a sign against a unbelieving world?
