"God is Love" There is only one form of love with God, that's HIS love.
There are not different "levels" or meanings of love in Gods love.
If God's love was shed abroad with different "levels of compassion" or anything that thwarted the significance of that love then there would be partiality sith God, and we all know that is a no, no.
God doesn't "condemn" anyone, he serves Justice. So at the worst case scenario on your eternal destination is that you got justice from God who loves equally.

Jesus did not speak about salvation in the scripture you're referring to which you never post BTW.
In Mathew 7:23 Jesus tells us WHO exactly he is talking about. He doesn't mention that He didn't know them because they weren't SAVED.

He says:
23“And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’

We shouldn't put words in Jesus' mouth.
He KNEW what He wanted to say and said it.

The LAWLESS will be told to depart from Him.
Depart means to leave Him and be gone.
