i am in multiple bible studies and have done commentary on most of the bible at this point (read the whole thing many times, am not confused)
i am far from scared of anyone in the world
you are no exception fran
but
i love truth
i desire to share it as well
and i love to discuss scripture
and i am not afraid to admit my errors
i don't see myself as all knowing
or even wise
God just shows me the truth and i spend a lot of time in His word and prayer... not following "cute sayings"

You devalue Jesus by insinuating that it's not necessary to obey Him.
By stating that YOU don't have to do anything because HE did it all on the cross.
He died for YOU
But YOU can't do ANYTHING for Him...

Its the same trick the ADVENTISTS pull. Oh yeah you're saved by grace through faith, but not keeping the sabbath IS living in constant sin, and you can lose your salvation if you continue in it 
Oh and btw going to church on sunday(first day of the week on which the early church gathered) can cause you to take the mark of the beast later on when sunday worship is enforced. But we love you, look at us smile

I can not comprehend how some of the posts on this thread come from the Spirit of Truth.
First of a, lets all get on the sa.e page and start with believing in the sa.e TRUE doctrine of the New Testament. A doctrine that has been twisted, . manipulated, and flat out changed from it's original content of truth since shortly after the original disciples were martyred (a few hundred years)
The "Pauline Doctrine of Justification Solely by Faith" is the original and true doctrine of the New Testament.
Who is with, and against me on this claim?

1 Then he called his twelve disciples (had to include Judas) together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.
2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

Judas was given authority over all devils......impossible for him to be full of the devil at this point, no?

20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.
this is why acts 1 says "Judas by transgression fell"
Judas was tempted and enticed and drawn away by his own lust, just like you and i can be

Gods word is the truth
Jesus is the truth
we can discuss it
if someone does not believe what God has shown me
I can only assume their doctrine is incorrect when it goes directly against what I know scripture says
if you would like to show me where the bible says
salvation comes from anything other than by grace through faith
or that it can be lost....
we can discuss those scriptures
it will serve the same purpose in showing sooooomeone the truth
