I didn't mean you. You never say that.
But, boy, you do say
verbiage
verb tense
context

A LOT!

And you KNOW I love the PRESENT TENSE.
Those who BELIEVE are saved...
Those who obey are saved...

I had to add that in because a poster just before used some really nice language that God must love and he reminded me about OBEDIENCE.

A word you also do not care for.
Again you falsely accuse..........Have you ever met me in person, know how I live, what I do...NO.....you haven't and I love the PERFECT tense......A PRESENT continuing result from a past completed action.......

WAS saved
IS saved
CONTINUING to be saved

The gift is IRREVOCABLE......YOU say it is revocable.......ONE of you is wrong.............

have you took your medicine this morning bud?

my response was answering your questions......the problem is that you can not refute them so you attack me as a hypocrite.......

show me where i was wrong......alll i have given is scripture, plainly written about eternal life

as i have told dcon "if you dont like the mail, don't get mad at the mailman, i didn't write it"
Yet scripture has also been given to you which you do not like, or interpret different

Its an interpretation issue, not a scripture issue.

It goes both ways man, don”t judge others of doing the very thing you are doing

Show where you were wrong?

Sure.

You condemn others for sinning while you continue to sin every day.

Which makes you a hypocrite.

And wrong.

Paul replies that God "will render to every man according to his deeds: to them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life" (Rom. 2:6-7).
MISHANDLING OF SCRIPTURE!

You need to keep reading when Paul draws to his conclusion in Romans 3!

Rom 3:9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
Rom 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Romans 2:6-7 is not the plan of salvation! Thats in Romans 3 when Paul has CONCLUDED: Watch this:

Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Rom 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Rom 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Rom 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
Rom 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
Rom 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Rememner

Eternal does not mean eternal

Forever does not mean forever

Never does means never

So we should never take those words literally

I am glad you are seeing through this false ideology of a working for losable salvation....the gift of life is IRREVOCABLE.....do not let these deceivers convince you it is REVOCABLE.........

Making the Bible into a God? No, but the Bible is God's word. Asking someone if they believe in the Trinity and if they believe that Jesus is God is a dumb question? Are you serious?

He has not posted a YES or NO answer to my simple questions, yet you will still defend him regardless.

I could ask you the same question.

Listening to every word of the Bible is listening to God because the Bible is inspired by God.

In context, Paul mentions "prize" in verse 24, so is that really adding to scripture? The NIV is a thought for thought translation. Is salvation a gift (Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8) or a prize?

A prize is not the gift of eternal life, so it does not refer to salvation.

What is the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus? In the process of ongoing sanctification, we are reaching to what lies ahead and we press on to be become mature in Christ. Paul was already saved and in Christ and was not reaching forward to obtain salvation.

Paul presses on toward the goal to win the prize, just as an Olympian presses on toward the goal to win the prize of the gold medal in the Olympics.

In context (vs. 25) Paul mentions an imperishable crown.
The Bible mentions multiple crowns in scripture.

God has promised believers eternal life (John 3:15,16,18; 5:24; 6:40,47; 11:25,26; 1 John 5:13). :)

In the ultimate sense in regards to everything, yes. Only God fully knows the hearts of men.
The NIV and Got Questions.

I REST MY CASE.

You don't reply in syntax and it makes it difficult for me to reply.
Please use syntax on such long replies....

1. YES.

No, actually he is correct, unlike you.........

You should teach your church about the word IRREVOCABLE as applied to the GIFTS and calling of GOD and set them free from the bondage you have placed them under.....

ir·rev·o·ca·ble
/əˈrevəkəb(ə)l/
adjective

  1. not able to be changed, reversed, or recovered; final
