I know more about tge spiritual realm than u can ever imagine.
Still u r doging my question.
Show me in the bible where it says that the Lord will marry our spirits.
If u cant show me any reliable sorce of that, its most likely wrong
I decided not to. Even if there wasn't or was a verse in the Bible it's just common sense he's not marrying us physically. If he was Jesus would come down here marry woman and have sex with her. that's how a marriage works marrying someone physically. If he's not marrying us physically what else does he have to marry? Obviously the only thing left is our spirit. And you don't have sex with a spirit. if you know who God is and what he does then you know he is not going to marry us physically. And surely if you know scripture you know that the church is the bride of Christ. And if you know the story in scripture about being the bride of Christ it's who we are when we are saved in the church and we are being prepared to marry Christ and be his bride forever in heaven and we will be fully wed forever in eternity. He's definitely not marrying us now physically and then going to live with us forever because our physical bodies are going to die. If you really need Scripture to understand that then you don't even understand the basics of scripture or who God is. And that's what tells me that even if I find this verse, I believe you're going to just still argue and debate about it anyway. something about you seems like you dont read scripture or understand it well enough or either you're just stubborn and don't want to believe it. This is basic knowledge if you understand spirituality then you understand there is only a Physical Realm and a spiritual realm and God is not going to be physical in this world.
But here, if you must have some scripture to be aware Jesus has a bride, there are multiple verses, old and new Testament.
Revelation 21:9
Then came one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues and spoke to me, saying, “Come, I will show you the Bride, the wife of the Lamb.”
Isaiah 54:5
For your Maker is your husband, the Lord of hosts is his name; and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer, the God of the whole earth he is called.
Revelation 19:7-9
Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready; it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”— for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints. And the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me, “These are the true words of God.”
Ephesians 5:25
Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her,
Revelation 21:9-11
Then came one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues and spoke to me, saying, “Come, I will show you the Bride, the wife of the Lamb.” And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great, high mountain, and showed me the holy city Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God, having the glory of God, its radiance like a most rare jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal.
You say you understand the spiritual realm so well beyond my imagination, but as many times as the Bible speaks about being the bride of Christ, I don't believe you understand the word of God near as much. This is a huge deal about having our relationship with Christ. If you don't understand that, you don't understand the physical marriage and why God made it either. Hopefully this helps you. If you understood, and if you knew, you wouldn't be debating about it. I only understand spirituality because I understand his word by his holy spirit in me. So I'm not sure how you understand it so well beyond me.
