You probably did not mean to use the word 'conflate'?
I posted what the Bible says is the evidence of one walking in the Holy Spirit. Do you disagree with it? Do you disagree that it is necessary to have this evidence in your life when Jesus comes back or you are showing that you are not born again?
Did someone say this?
You probably think faith that is alone saves. It does not. Show your faith by what you do, not your faith that is alone-James 2:18. Because faith that is alone is not the faith that saves-James 2:14.
Galatians 3:6-9King James Version (KJV)
6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
Romans 4King James Version (KJV)
4 What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?
2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin
i think you need to reread james to understand the context....
post human has explained it to you already if you go back
