The Pharisees kept people out of heaven.

Christian's, true believer's, are on a "life long pursuit of holiness and service to God.", (our sanctification). The bible say's we will sin and if you do not believe this the truth is not in you. These sinless perfectionist people will have a rude awakening when Christ's return's for His Bride the Church.

I can tell you that Christianity has been coddled to death.....people are easily offended, cannot deal with a little scriptural heat or banter, will dish out accusations, and do the self same stuff they accuse other of while whining and crying foul....

Just wait till the heads start coming off for the cause of Christ......Everyone on here who is easily offended needs to take a few hours and watch a few videos of "Christians" who refuse to deny Jesus having their throats slit or heads cut off or being burnt to death or hung for Christ........if we cannot handle a little heat for our stance or belief we will fold when the rubber really meets the road.

holiness and walking in the Spirit. Just read the lists of those doomed to hell,
and you understand they are the sinners. and the repentant faithful, followers of
Christ going to heaven.

I simply cannot understand and comprehend how anyone can come to these conclusions,
because you have to ignore so much of who the Lord is.

But if making the Lord fit ones own failures, then it is easy to do.

if you keep reading, Jesus says twice in chapter 15- my command is to love one another as I have loved you.

B. The spirit is housed in a dead body of sin not subject unto the law of GOD and unless TRANSFORMED by the renewing of the mind will fall short every time and sin <---why we are chastised as children when we fail to walk worthy
C. The battle ground is the MIND <---Jesus said the SPIRIT is WILLING but the FLESH IS WEAK

The CORINTHAN reference is applicable unto the BODY and the DAY it is raised incorruptible, celestial, in power

ALL sin except JESUS...some more than others!
