Voice in the wild?

What is GOD's WILL for men?

You will find the answer in John 6

Both the WILL and the WORK of GOD for all men are found in John 6

The gospel is about entering into the Kingdom of heaven. You become part of a family,
and in all families there are roles for specific messages or encouragement.

John in revelation shows this when writing about the 7 churches. This equally could be
said about the "churches" today and certainly about the prosperity gospel and all the
believe and be healed group.

And I do not think there will ever be an end to revelation. What we know now is much
greater than what we knew in the past. As this context changes so does how we express
the message itself. Take for instance views of the role of women in the church or homosexuality,
all of which are very difficult subjects. What about sex change operations, and how you deal
with abusive partners. What about sexual behaviour itself and choosing a partner.

Now there are things that have made such behaviour "safer", and many loving parents have
gay children, or ones with other dilemmas. We certainly need more clarity than just a simplistic
that is sin. Or maybe your view is still in the more simplistic views of the past.

You take yourself so seriously...is the point worth less than your pride.

It is going to take a few hard knocks until you realise were are much less than
the truth, the Jesus is the truth.
By the way sir will you be the one distributing those "few hard knocks". And was that your assigned ministry?

LOL!

I don't need anyone here to call me a prophet. I don't care if anyone calls me a prophet. EVER. It's a calling from God, I don't need yours or anyone else's permission lol!

Let me ask you a question. Why do you love the Lord Jesus Christ (if you do)?
that's baloney

I think you need to read your own op where you came in advertising yourself as a prophet

let's review here:

I know this is my first thread, but I came to this site to ask people's opinions.

God has called me to be a prophet, but I don't understand the point of it. What good is it to know what is going to happen? What good is it to tell people what's going to happen?

When I do tell people what is going to happen, they don't believe me and they come up with any explanation they can to say that what God has shown me will happen won't happen.

Deuteronomy 18:21,22 gives the test of a prophet: "[SUP]21 [/SUP]You may say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?” [SUP]22 [/SUP]If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord does not take place or come true, that is a message the Lord has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously, so do not be alarmed." I will pass that test when what God has shown me comes to pass. The only problem is that when what I say comes to pass, there will not be anyone alive or on this forum to verify it.

Even the most devout Christians on this forum will not be able to accept what I have to say. God is going to do a thing so great and terrible that you cannot even fathom it, let alone accept it. And again I ask, what good is it for me to tell anyone? I fear, and think I know deep down in my heart, that God has raised me up to be the unheard prophet: a raving madman preaching from the street corner about what He is going to do and that no one will listen or heed my warning. And then it will be too late
any of the above sound familiar oh thou who ringest thine own bell ding dong?

you are not a prophet...by asking you don't know the purpose of a prophet you make it plain you don't even know what a prophet is

anyone who thinks they have the office of an OT prophet is deceived

Indeed.

I seek only the glory of Christ and not my own. Let He and He alone be lifted up, for He is God in the flesh. I must decrease so that He may increase. I am a flea on a dead dog compared to the Living God, yet He loves me.

Let God judge me. He knows me best. My life has been far from wholesome, but I seek that His kingdom come, not my own.

But, do not forget, that God gave birth to the true prophets and they are His and there are still plenty of them in this world.
as good and moral as this may sound to some, it is not the qualifications for the job

you do not know what a prophet is, as revealed by your first post

God gave birth to true prophets? now where did you pick up that catchy phrase...it's not in scripture

God did not birth anyone...He created everything and by His Spirit people may prophesy..BUT if it actually IS by His Spirit, they are not on some forum asking for opinions and constantly jabbing at people because people who know better point out the errors

There are no more prophets after the OT model...the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets...YOU are a lone ranger and answer to no one

therefore, you are not a prophet

read the NT descriptions of the gifts and how they operate

Yes, I said GOD called me and GOD raised me up. I never claimed I needed anyone's permission to do be what God called me to be.

Is there a different God working through the OT prophets and the NT prophets?

Besides, I asked you a question. Why do you love the Lord Jesus Christ (if you do)?

Answer me.

I have to say in the end claiming to be a prophet is not a job one should aspire to.

Everyone hates you, the message you bring is often difficult because people do not
want to hear it which is why God uses prophets, and the Lord is not what they would
call a high paying client in worldly terms, just in the heavenly variety, which is often
very different. Look at Jonah, swallowed by a whale, spat up, almost dead, goes to
Nineveh and they repent, which is exactly what he did not want.

So unless the Lord really calls you to this ministry, best avoid it.

But a false prophet, now there is a truly worldly career, even charge people for their
special word. You can make a pretty penny, and write a few books, go on lecture
tours.

I wonder if the two are connected by chance...

What do you think CHRIST meant when HE said a wicked generation looks for a sign but nine shall be given it except the sign of Jonah?

Same SPIRIT glorifying THE ONE whom THE FATHER actually would "raise up"

Please refer back to Deuteronomy 18
And maybe also Isaiah 8 might help

Well...at least after fully understanding Isaiah 1-7 that is

I see you have learned something here after all

another week and you will be right at home

at home, but still not a prophet

you handily dismiss your own op..wherein you state things very differently then you currently are

I'm sorry, voice in the wild. No one has to go through you to come to THE LORD. Nor does anyone have to somehow convince you or assure you of their love for Their LORD

It is not hidden from HIM

Voice in the wild?

Do you think putting our hopes our faith and our trust in THE LORD is sufficient to our salvation?

Any who would care to can easily go back through this thread and see who you are and what you're about.

You're a deceiver and a sower of discord among the brethren.

Go ahead and reply. Go ahead and put more words in my mouth and more false accusations. The Bible is quite clear who the Accuser is and how he twists the words of God. I also know that the enemy not only employs fake personalities online to do what he can to destroy Christ, he also employs real ones. Which ever of the two you are, your words have revealed you.

Repent and turn from the evil spirit of hatefulness. That's what Babylon is you know: "Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, and is become a habitation of devils, and a hold of every unclean spirit, and a hold of every unclean and hateful bird."

Is this some kind of trick question where you'll continue to put my words in my mouth like others have done:

I have no clue where you got the idea I said or implied that anyone had to go through me to come to the LORD. That's ludicrous.

Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of ALL mankind. Those who repent and believe in Him will be saved. Those who reject Him or did not know Him will face judgment. The sheep and goats will be separated: the thorns and thistles, the good fish from the bad fish. Those who rejected the Holy Spirit (for God works wherever and however He desires) will be cast into a lake of fire and be burned up and destroyed forever from the presence of the Lord.

God's grace is so abundant and sufficient that even the most wicked of sinners at any point can cry out and be forgiven and be told, "Today you will be with me in paradise." And His judgment so true, that even some of those who seem to be the most powerful workers of the Spirit will be told "Depart from me you workers of sin, I never knew you."

Two feasts being prepared. You have no say in who attends either. And in fact one garment is needed and there is only ONE who provides that GARMENT. And if HE has washed, and has provided The GARMENT YOU have no right to declare unclean what HE has washed and covered

Did you need to know her love for the Lord?

Now that you know this for what purpose does she need to disclose to you what isn't hidden from HIM

Don't you think HE already knows what is hidden from your eyes?

As if one needs to let you know what isn't hidden from HIS?

Talk yourself in circles. I'll watch from afar.

If she loved the Lord, she would love me, for the Lord loves me. Instead, she hated me and what I had to say from the Lord. She condemned herself by her words and actions. I have condemned no one, nor will I.

Another question. Is it only the unclean birds in "America" that we should consider as "fallen Babylon"?

How lucky of those unclean birds that they can hide out on every and any other location so as not to be considered in "fallen Babylon"

Again. Is this where the basket was taken then?

So who are the unclean hateful birds who have a hateful spirit who will in the end fall since this is the spirit of Babylon?

And who were you directing that post to and what was your agenda in asking that question?

Examine yourself
