I know it's hard for you. But this world hasn't just "come to this." Our very civilization was founded upon a jealous murder (as were most civilizations, according to their own esoteric fables and myths.) And the prejudice, fear, and hatred simply continues rolling on, unchecked, for millennia. Why? Because none of us, worldwide, believe in the "peace" teachings of the one man we murdered for voicing them. We think the way of our human hearts is better.

Trump didn't hesitate to! He's ready to go WAY beyond waterboarding....(beheading), to get terrorists (and MOST likely Suspected terrorists) to talk. One of the biggest problems with that (other than out-right immortality) is that. Torture is PROVEN NOT TO WORK to get accurate and useful information. Use Google Scholar and look it up! I did, but it wouldn't let me copy the link

Remember, the thread where I also posted the video of him l talking about killing terrorists families & the one where he said Mexico was sending us rapists, criminals, and drug pushers......

I've spent a lot of time working thru the thought process and I have a pretty good understanding of why people get stuck in theirs. It's something that quite frankly interests me way more than politics. When I encounter someone who is not self critical that tells me from the get go that they have a closed mind. I actually prefer conversing with someone like Post because he doesn't just agree with me and challenges me in a healthy way to consider my point of view from another perspective. It's based on a mutual respect in spite of disagreement. I don't want to be told that I'm right....but I also don't want to be told I am a fool or whatever either and that will shut me down quicker than anything. I don't want to be convinced by force. I wanna know things in my heart.
