Health and fitness are high priority with me. I would actually like to start a career in it. I try to workout about 4-5 times a week. I bounce between 8-10% body fat. I've been trying to get some people to train. There is a strong endocrinological aspect to my program. Weight and health are tied more tightly to your hormones than your workout plan. As well, food combining is key to getting a handle on chronic stress from food, as is getting oxidative stress under wraps. Once you pin those down you can better control cortisol.
