I enjoy a good chat about fitness so thought I would contribute my routine.
I train 5 days a week 3 sessions of strength and conditioning at a local boxing gym, It usually constitutes 5 x 3 minute rounds of skipping followed by 5 x 3 mins round of various bag work then a circuit of running/sprinting on the spot with various bodyweight exercises thrown this usually lasts around 20 minutes, followed by some core work planks, leg raises etc. The workout can be pretty brutal depending on who is leading the class. I do that on a Monday, wednesday and Friday
the other 2 sessions on Tuesday and Thursday and thos are pretty much weight training at the gym. I do lighter weights for more sets and reps, 4x12 squats, bench press, lat pull down and 3 x 8 military press. I suppliment my diet with whey protien 3 times a day and 5 grams of creatine on my weight day with 3 on my strength and conditioning.
I was pretty overweight when I started this routine at the beginning of July at 266 lb however which I have reduced to 224, my goal weight is 205
