1000 years of peace with no war; Christ and his holy ones ruling the earth from the destroyed city of Jerusalem; the knowledge of GOD increases exponentially resulting in increased life spans (the inverse of decreasing life spans from Adam to Noah due to the fading revelation of GOD); technology like we've never seen it before.

It's unscriptural that men's life spans decreased dramatically as they moved farther away from the revelation of GOD in the garden? And it's total speculation that life spans will increase dramatically as the knowledge of GOD increases dramatically?
Neither shall there be there any more a child that dies untimely, or an old man who shall not complete his time: for the youth shall be a hundred years old, and the sinner who dies at a hundred years shall also be accursed: Isaiah 65:20
So is the book of Revelation all symbolic? There is one chapter in the WHOLE Bible that even brings up this 1000 year nonsense. This is an eschatology propagated by Scofield, with his Bible "interpreting" all the "signs" and Hal Lindsay in his books and the FICTION books of Tim LaHaye and the Left Behind Series.
A while back a man named David Glenn Harvey came on here and made one post about his thesis and/or book "Revelation Left Behind". I bought the book on Kindle for $2.99 and read it. He rips apart all the assumptions of pre-millennials and everyone else using the Bible and good hermeneutics. It is well written with about 200 references in the Bibliography.
Kim Riddlebarger also wrote "Case for Amillennialism" another excellent book of Biblical scholarship.
If you don't believe Zone or me, try reading outside your boundaries.
And just for those of you who might think I am communicating with Zone about this thread, I have never once talked with her about this issue. I came to the conclusion that amillennialism was the correct Biblical answer before I knew what it was called. It is one of the reasons I left the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (besides quite a few other issues!!) before I found out the doctrinal (or dogma??) statement of PAOC says that anyone who does not believe in pre-trib pre-millennialsim is a heretic.

okay....so, you don't see that passage as OT for the New Heavens and New Earth.
even though a few verses before that God said it was the New Heavens and New Earth (and New Jerusalem):

17"For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; And the former things will not be remembered or come to mind. 18"But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; For behold, I create Jerusalem for rejoicing And her people for gladness
2 Peter 3:13
But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.
Revelation 21:1
