There is no proof that Matt 12 / Mark 5 & Luke 11 concerning binding the strong man has anything to do with Satan being bound for 1,000 years in the abyss with a lid on it. If that were true we would need not speak of any spiritual warfare or have to put on the whole armour of God to quench and stand against the wiles (deceit) of the devil. To believe that we are living presently in a 1,000 year reign of Christ with Satan having been bound according to Rev 20, is shameful and unintelligent with a faulty understand and reckless understanding of eschatology in relationship to the church and the savior of the church Jesus Christ. On top of that to actually believe that Rev 20 does not happen after Rev 19 and what are we to do about Rev 20:4? What do we do with those who were beheaded and refused the mark of the beast and then reigned with with Christ for 1,000 years. Have we missed the mark of the beast? Have we taken it on unconsciously without knowing it? It's been 2,000+ years since this was written. What have we missed? I am thinking that I have missed the wrath of God somehow and all that those angels poured out on the earth. Have I also missed the time of Jacob's trouble and the great tribulation that Jesus said was to come upon the earth? I have not seen the prophet, the beast, or his mark or anyone credible claiming that they are God in some temple? Where are those who have been beheaded for the Christ's sake? Where are those two prophets that are suppose to show up to preach and prophesy for some 3.5 years? Is this coming soon to a temple near me?

Can someone please help me put Rev 20 in the chronological context of when is to take place in relationship to the rest of the Revelation? John the apostle is not here so I need your help. Did John make a mistake when he wrote it all down or did the crowd that framed and canonized the scriptures put Rev 20 in the wrong place? My scrapbook is all messed up after listening to some of these amillennialist. According to them the kingdom of God has come to earth and I am to be living and reigning with Christ in that kingdom and don't even have a glorified body yet free from the old sin nature. If any of you know where that kingdom is and can direct me to it I would be mighty appreciative. All I have right now is my local church. I keep seeking the kingdom first and keep praying, 'thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven', but these amillennialist keep slapping me up side of the head with their doctrine and keep telling me to wake up, but all I can do is shake my hand yet nothing happens. Please don't tell me that I missed the second coming, that would really be discouraging and frightful. Who is going to step up and make it clear to me so that I can walk in the light and in the faith of the scriptures without error or misplaced understanding?

so God never intended Jesus to be Crucified?
He just wanted Him to go straight to King of Israel?

when Jesus was crucified because the jews rejected him, did God rewrite the History He had given to make it look like the Lamb was to be slain for them (from the foundation of the world)? when He actually had some other plan in mind but they over threw it?

GET REAL. WHAT BLASPHEMY.

Zone, the Scriptures teach that when Jesus Christ came at His first Advent, He preached the Kingdom of Heaven.

The phrase: "kingdom of heaven" appears 32 times in the Scriptures. And all of the occurrences of this phrase are only in the book of Matthew. No other book in the Bible will you ever find the phrase: "kingdom of heaven" being used.

What you need to do is deal with the Scriptures. And what they are teaching about this kingdom.

The Kingdom of Heaven is a physical kingdom. Whenever the kingdom of heaven is mentioned in the book of Matthew, it is a reference to the Millennial Kingdom.

Now notice in the very fist chapter of the book of Acts, what Jesus' apostles asked him concerning the kingdom:

1 The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,
2 Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:
3 To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:
4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
5 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. - Acts 1:1-9 (King James Bible)

Even after the resurrection, the apostles were still thinking mainly about the Millennial Kingdom. They were expecting the physical Kingdom of Christ to be brought in immediately.

But because of the Jews' rejection of the Lord Jesus Christ as their Messiah, the Millennial Kingdom was put off. Hence, the church age was brought in. And in this period, God would now be dealing directly with the Gentile nations.

That's why today, the Gospel of the Death, Burial, and Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ is preached. Which is the Gospel that was revealed to Paul the apostle (Romans 2:16, 16:25-26, & 2 Timothy 2:8) and that Gospel is found in Acts 16:31, Romans 10:9, and 1 Corinthians 15:1-6.

The Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven is not to be preached today; but the Gospel of the Death, Burial, and Resurrection is.

I believe that God is sovereign and that He foreknew that the Jews were going to reject Jesus Christ as their Messiah. That's one of the reasons why His rejection was prophesied in Isaiah 53:3.

Also keep in mind that it was through the fall of the Jews, that salvation came unto the Gentiles ( Romans 11:11), and that to provoke the Jews to jealousy.
