Well we have 2 possibilities
1 god convicts us of his truth by acting as our spirit in which case we who are dead because if sin can be made alive due to justification of sin by faith
2. God makes a person who is dead in sin alive in sin so they can have faith to be justified if the very sin that made them dead

So read Romans 1. That proves a spiritually dead person can at the least know spiritual things. Hence why they have no excuse

You, evedentally, do not understand how sinful, by nature, that the regenerated man can be. Romans 1, It is the regenerated men, who God has manifested in them that which may be known of God. The regenerated men are holding the truth of those things that God made known to them, about himself, in unrighteousness. It is the regenerated men who are without excuse.

I have read Romans 1 countless times. If I have understood you right, you believe that the natural man can hold spiritual truths in unrighteousness. I am sure that you know that i believe 1 Cor 2:14 refutes your belief. The natural man cannot discern the things of the Spirit, and thinks them to be foolishness. Our spiritual God has not shown the natural man that which may be known of God, because the natural does not believe in a spiritual God.
Your problem is that you falsely explain away God's elect scriptures. If God had not chosen an elect people out of all mankind that would not seek him, we all would have gone to eternal hell. This is why all of the scriptures must harmonize. We cannot ignore some of them to fit a false doctrine.
