Classic Jimmy Swagart bible twisting heresy. SMH
When did the truth change because of “who’s saying it,” instead of what Jesus said? There is not a name under heaven who has the authority to change truth. Wake up people of God! I pray that the Lord take us back to when we first believed. When we were consumed by His love, and full of joy unspeakable!

Has anyone done a study on the feast days? I think that they are actually really important for the prophetic timelione of things and maybe doing a deeper study on them could give us some insight.
[...]
I find it interesting that in the first four feast days Jesus came and fulfilled each and everyone one exactly as it was designed the last three after the resurection has yet to be fulfilled except for pentecost.
I have. :)

However, I am one who views things a bit differently from the ideas you've presented...
for example, consider:

1)
Luke 22:16,18,30 -
15 And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:
16 For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:
18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come. [SEE also Matthew 26:29 "UNTIL THAT DAY when I drink it NEW with [G3326 - meta - accompanying] you in My Father's kingdom"]
[...]
29 And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;
30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judgING the twelve tribes of Israel. [i.e. yet future; again, see Matt19:28 (and then compare that verse with Matt25:31-34 as to its TIMING, i.e. His Second Coming to the earth)]

This seems to suggest that it is not "fully fulfilled" (in some measure). What do you say?

2)
I am among those who believe the wording [and context] in Matthew 24:36 [and parallels] is not speaking of "our Rapture" timing, but of His Second Coming to the earth, FOR the promised and prophesied earthly Millennial Kingdom, per context. (Again, this verse and those like it are not saying "no one CAN EVER know," or "no one WILL EVER know," or "it is impossible to know," or "it is forbidden knowledge" or any of the other things ppl attribute to this verse and its parallels. No. I believe Jesus has known ever since His resurrection/ascension, and then LATER disclosed further information on THAT Subject, in "[The] Revelation" 95ad. Of course, this then makes the wording in Matt24:36 apply to His Second Coming to the earth (or its surrounding events) rather than to the timing of "our Rapture [IN THE AIR]"... among other issues where I see it differently from those who suggest the FoT as being "our Rapture" timing...)

There's more, but this is all I have time for atm... I'm on a tight schedule today... = )

Explosion in Beirut - “atomic bomb.” Hezbollah has planted many rockets in southern Lebanon that could threaten northern Israel. Was this "atomic bomb" meant to destroy Israel?

Truth in the mouth of a hypocrite lacks credibility.
No one but Jesus is perfect. Every one of us has been a hypocrite at one time or another--even if u don't realize it. Don't judge.

For those of you who are walking with the Lord, you will be amazed at this prophetic Word given 55 years ago.

May we all be awakened!

Stanley Frodsham's Prophetic Warning - 1965
This prophecy was given at the Elim Bible Institute USA, in 1965 by the late Stanley Frodsham. Brother Frodsham was one of those who received his Baptism in the Holy Ghost at Sunderland in 1908 where the Pentecostal movement in Britain had its beginnings. He was a recognized prophet and teacher in the Body of Christ whose life and ministry spanned the Pentecostal Revival, the great Healing Revival and the early days of the Charismatic Movement. He also authored the well-known book, "Smith Wigglesworth: Apostle of Faith". It is written: "Despise not prophesying. Prove all things, hold fast that which is good" (I Thessalonians 5.-20,21). The following is a prophetic word given to one who was under a heavy anointing. We believe all who read these solemn prophetic warnings should take diligent heed to them. "Believe in the Lord your God, so ye shall be established,- believe His prophets, so shall ye prosper" (II Chronicles 20.-20).

It's possible to be indoctrinated into a theology to the point that it feels like it's the Holy Spirit inkling you along. There are no shortage of examples of this happening time and time again. People are easily lead astray by what they think is true. This is why the Bible was given to us beforehand so that we would know what the truth is.

The question to be asked when making prophecy, especially extra-Biblical prophecy, is are they listening to their mind of flesh, Satan, or the Holy Spirit? Do they even have the gift of discerning spirits?

The Church didn't even exist yet when Jesus was saying this (His Church was birthed in Acts 2), so His only audience in Matt 24 could be the Jews who would be living in Jerusalem, because He specifically said "pray that your flight will not be in the winter or on a Sabbath day"....meaning His audience are observers of the Law. If you think He is speaking to us in that verse, then you have to admit that you are an observer of the Law.

Anyone can know the parable, but not everyone will be in Jerusalem when the Abomination of Desolation is set up in the temple (to whom Jesus commands to flee when the time comes).
Hi Diakonos!

For anyone who is interested, Israel's fleeing described in Matt.24:15-22, is synonymous with the woman/Israel of Revelation 12:6, 14 who flees out in the wilderness and where she will be cared for 1260 days, which is that last 3 1/2 years of that seven year period.

Proclaiming that “there’s going to be peace in the Middle East,” President Trump hosted Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel and the foreign ministers of United Arab Emirates and Bahrain at the White House on Tuesday for the formal signing of new diplomatic accords between them.

Was this a good thing or a bad thing?

Wow, I thoroughly enjoyed the prophecy from 1965........the year I was born.

There is an anointing on that prophecy, even though it said nothing that the Bible doesn’t already say......just a reminder to be ready, and to NOT be deceived by false doctrines and false teaching and the flesh being enticed by the world.

Look, Jesus Christ is the ONLY WAY of Salvation- ONLY those that know AND love Jesus Christ and receive His Blood and Body shall be saved.

The OP takes the futurist interpretation of events. That certainly isn't the only way to view them, and it has contributed to much of the fluff peddled to the Church in the last fifty years.

88 Reasons, anyone? Let's start taking a critical look at the fruit of this view.

The Bible teaches us that at the end of 1000 years before we enter into the Perfect Age that God the Father will cleanse the entire Earth by Fire. Will the Christians who are living in their physical bodies (during the Perfect Age) receive a glorified body during the time the Earth is being cleansed by fire?

I have wondered about this also. Unfortunately, there is no information to quote from and therefore, we can only assume that at some point they will receive their immortal and glorified bodies. Because we know that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. In addition, those mortal bodies will eventually die.

Revelation 20:11-15 spells it out plainly.
Everyone who has ever lived will stand before God on His Great White Throne. The Book of Life will be opened and those whose names are found Written it it, will receive immortality, those not found in that Book, will go into the Lake of Fire.

NOWHERE does the Bible say anyone receives immortality before the final Judgment. Job, David, Lazarus; they all await this, as they 'sleep' in their graves. We Christians, too die and 'sleep' in death, until that Day. We do have the Promise of Eternal life thru Jesus, John 3:16, but never receive it until after the Millennium.

Greetings Keras!

"Everyone who has ever lived will not stand before God at the Great White Throne," but only those throughout history who died in their sins. That resurrection is the resurrection of the unjust. If you will notice the scripture continually identifies them as 'the dead' even after they have been resurrected. They will be judged based on everything written in the books which are the sins they committed in life. Those who will have taken part in the first resurrection, which is every resurrection which will have take place prior to the one at the end of the thousand year, the second death (lake of fire) has no power over them.

At the appearing of the Lord to gather His Church, those believers who will have died in Christ will be resurrected in their immortal and glorified bodies, with those believers who are still alive being changed immortal and glorified caught up with them. The church will have already been judged at the Bema Seat of Christ after being caught up prior to the time of God's wrath which is initiated by the opening of the first seal.

Simply put, the church will not be apart of that judgment which takes place at the end of the millennial kingdom. This judgment and resurrection is for those dead in their sins throughout all of history.

NOWHERE does the Bible say anyone receives immortality before the final Judgment.
"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a loud command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will be the first to rise. 17After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words."

"Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— 52in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 53For the perishable must be clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.

The church, 144,000 and the great tribulation saints, will all rule with Christ during the millennial kingdom in our immortal and glorified bodies.

Since the wrath of God must come upon this earth via the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments prior to when the Lord returns to the earth to end the age and because believers are not appointed to suffer God's wrath, then believers cannot and will not be on the earth during the time of God's wrath but according to the Lord's promise, will be removed prior to the first seal being opened which initiates God's wrath.

The Church (those who overcome)
And to the one who overcomes and continues in My work until the end, I will give authority over the nations. He will rule them with an iron scepter and shatter them like pottery —just as I have received authority from My Father.

Great Tribulation Saints:
Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

The 144,000/Male Child:
And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, ready to devour her child as soon as she gave birth. And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who will rule all the nations with an iron scepter. And her child was caught up to God and to His throne.

The three groups listed above will rule with Christ during the millennial kingdom already being in their immortal and glorified bodies.

Job, David, Lazarus; they all await this, as they 'sleep' in their graves. We Christians, too die and 'sleep' in death, until that Day. We do have the Promise of Eternal life thru Jesus, John 3:16, but never receive it until after the Millennium.
You need to get away from the false teaching of soul-sleep, because the scriptures do not support it. Whenever the phrase 'sleep' is used to describe a person, it is referring to their body only. There are many scriptures which support the soul/spirit being conscious and aware after the death of the body. The rich man and Lazarus is one of them, which shows two men who die, yet their spirits are down in Hades. One on the side of comfort and the other on the side of torment in flame. Of course those who have adopted soul-sleep and contend for it, have joined the ranks of those who turned the information of the rich man and Lazarus into a parable in order to circumvent the fact that the spirits of these two were conscious and aware after the death of their bodies.

Then there is the opening of the 5th seal where the souls of those under the altar who will have been killed by those on the earth, who are having a conversation with the Lord and are also given white robes to wear.

Then you have Moses and Elijah appearing to Jesus speaking with Him about His departure on the mount where He was transfigured.

We also have Jesus telling the thief who was crucified next to Him saying "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise." How is that possible when both Jesus and the thief died that same day? Jesus was referring to their spirits going down into the comfort part of Hades where Abraham and Lazarus were after the death of their bodies. And no, the comma is not in the wrong place. That teaching is just another apologetic to circumvent the truth.

Paul also supports the fact that the spirits of believers are not sleeping in their graves, but are conscious and aware in the presence of the Lord:

"Therefore we are always confident, although we know that while we are at home in the body, we are away from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. We are confident, then, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord."

"For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. So what shall I choose? I do not know. I am torn between the two. I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better indeed."

So, according to the scriptures above, to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord, our spirits that is. And we know that Paul is speaking about what happens to our spirits at the time of death and not the resurrection, because at the time of death the spirit/soul departs from the body, where at the resurrection, the spirit returns to the body.

"Everyone who has ever lived will not stand before God at the Great White Throne," but only those throughout history who died in their sins.
Revelation 20:12-13 is clear. ALL the dead will stand before God in Judgment, after the Millennium.
This is the final Trumpet, and as Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15:51-54, those faithful Christians who are alive at that time will never die, they will be instantly transformed into immortality.
The only people who will be brought back to life when Jesus Returns, are the martyrs killed during the Great Trib. Revelation 20:4
Where do you get 'glorified bodies' from?
I know 1 John 3:2 says: when Jesus appears, we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is. This does not say we will have immortality or be glorified. That idea is an addition to the scripture.
You need to get away from the false teaching of soul-sleep, because the scriptures do not support it.
But that IS what scripture tells us. The dead know nothing... Eccl 9:5
The state that all humans are in after death, for them time stands still and the next thing they know; they are standing with all the rest of the dead before the Great White Throne Judgement of God. Revelation 20:11-15

Scripture says that when a person dies their soul goes back to God, who made it, Eccl 12:7, and because with God there is no time; then at the Great White Throne Judgement, after the Millennium, that soul; along with every soul that ever lived, is made conscious again at the time of Judgement. Revelation 20:12, There is no knowledge of any time passing between death and Judgement, just as Hebrews 9:27 says; It is the human lot to die once, then comes the Judgement.
Jesus said about Lazarus: He has fallen asleep… but then He clarified that Lazarus was really dead. John 11:11-14 Paul often mentions those who sleep in death.
So Lazarus’s resurrection was a preview of the saints raised with Jesus at His resurrection and those saints who will be raised at His Return, Revelation 20:4
They all received and will receive earthly bodies, that are subject to death again. But as their names are Written in the Book of Life, Eternal life is theirs, AFTER the GWT Judgment.

As Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 15:50-56, there will be some Christians alive at the end of the Millennium, who will never die, they will be transformed at the Judgement into immortality, along with all the rest whose names are written in the Book of Life.
The parable about Abraham and Lazarus, the beggar: is a homily for all to realize what our fate will be if we refuse to honor God.

The flesh we currently inhabit will never be reconstituted, those worthy to go into Eternity with God will be spiritual beings. Matthew 22:30 In the resurrection…..they are like the angels in heaven.

Job 14:10-15 When a human dies, all his power vanishes, he is like a dried up river. So mortal man lies down and never to rise, until the heavens be no more!
Lord, I ask that You hide me in the grave, conceal me until Your wrath has passed, then Lord; remember me at Your appointed time! I will wait, however long it takes for the change to come. Then, You will summon me and I will answer: I am the work of Your hands.

The sequence is:
1/ We all die. The only exceptions will be those remaining alive at the end of the Millennium. Eccl 12:7, Isaiah 38:10-11, Acts 13:36
2/ The Lord’s wrath will pass; all as is prophesied to happen. Revelation 15:1
3/ The dead know nothing until the Appointed time for the Great White Throne Judgement, when there will be new heavens and a new earth. Revelation 21:1-4
4/ Then, for those whose names are written in the Book of Life, the change will come; into immortality for Eternity. As described in 1 Corinthians 15:50-56.

There are instances of God allowing dead spirits to speak. The example of Saul calling up Samuel is good. Samuel complained about being disturbed!
The simple fact is we are human and we die. Jesus plainly said we can never go to heaven. John 3:13
Humans do not go live in heaven, dead or alive.
At the end of it all, God Himself will come to the earth to dwell with mankind. Revelation 20:1-7 With all those people who have proved themselves worthy to be with Him.

Ahwatukee, I see you have been here for a while and posted many times. I too have been on Bible Prophecy forums for over 10 years.
We have differing beliefs, but we must always keep in mind that whatever people believe about Gods Plans for our future, our Salvation is the only critical issue, all the rest will unfold as God has decreed.
My concern is that those who do believe in a 'rapture' outta here before hard times come, may fall away from their faith when it doesn't happen.

Revelation 20:12-13 is clear. ALL the dead will stand before God in Judgment, after the Millennium.
Part I

Usually when people say things like "Something is clear" it means that they want it to be. Only the unrighteous dead are judged at the great white throne. John sees the great tribulation saints resurrect after Jesus returns to the earth to end the age. They are referred to as those who take part in the first resurrection, for on such the second death has no power. This infers that those who are not apart of the first resurrection the second death does have power over them, which would be all of those who are resurrected at the end of the thousand years. These are those whose spirits are released from Hades and reunited with their resurrected bodies, only to be cast into the lake of fire.

As I stated previously, this group at the GWTJ are referred as 'the dead' even after they are resurrected. None of their names will be found in book of life. The fact that they will have been in Hades in torment in flame tells you that their names will not appear.

This is the final Trumpet, and as Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15:51-54, those faithful Christians who are alive at that time will never die, they will be instantly transformed into immortality.
You are greatly mistaken! The last trump does not take place at the GWTJ.

Immediately after the GWTJ is the eternal state. Therefore, how do you justify the fact that church and the great tribulation saints will rule with Christ over the nations during that thousand years?

When the resurrection of the church takes place, which is prior to the opening of the first seal, it is at that time that they receive their immortal and glorified bodies. Revelation even demonstrates that the church/bride will be following Christ out of heaven when He returns to the earth to end the age. After being caught up immortal and glorified, individuals within the church will stand to be judged at the Bema seat of Christs, but not for sin, but to receive reward or loss of reward. At that same time is when the marriage of the Lamb will take place. We as believers within the church will have no part in the GWTJ.

The only people who will be brought back to life when Jesus Returns, are the martyrs killed during the Great Trib.
False! The church is resurrected prior to the great tribulation saints, immortal and glorified. Jesus will keep His promise given in John 14:1-3 and I Thess.4:13-18 which must take place prior to God's wrath, which is initiated by the opening of the first seal. The great tribulation saints are those who will become believers after the church has been gathered and during the time of God's wrath.

Revelation 20:4 Where do you get 'glorified bodies' from?
=================================================================
"So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.

"Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory
================================================================

When Jesus appears, His voice will sound like a trumpet saying "come up here" where the dead in Christ will rise first in their immortal and glorified bodies. Then immediately after that, those still alive in Christ will be changed in a flash, immortal and glorified and will be caught up together with those who will have just resurrected. At this point the entire church from beginning to end will be gathered together in the air with their immortal and glorified bodies, where the Lord will take us back to the Father's house to those places that Jesus went to prepare for us, that where He is we may be also.

I know 1 John 3:2 says: when Jesus appears, we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is. This does not say we will have immortality or be glorified. That idea is an addition to the scripture.
Jesus resurrected immortal and glorified and when we see Him, we will be like Him. Why in the world would the Lord resurrect His church to take us back to heaven in these bodies that decay and die?

As I said previously, only the spirits of those who are in Christ go to be in His presence at the time of death. In opposition, the spirits of the unsaved, when they die, they go to Hades, just as the rich man of Lazarus fame, who is still their in torment in flame as I am writing this. He along with the reset of the unfaithful, will be resurrected at the end of the millennial kingdom to be judged for their sins. In opposition, the church will have already been judged at the Bema seat of Christ in heaven some thousand years prior.

This is also false, Lazarus, Jairus daughter, Lydia and all of the people who came out of the tombs after the Lord resurrected, were all resurrected in their mortal bodies and died again. When the resurrection and the living believers are changed, it is into our immortal and glorified bodies, not back into our mortal bodies. That wouldn't make any sense. Remember what Paul said, "I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable." Therefore, we cannot be taken back to heaven in our mortal bodies.

You still have to explain how the entire church and the great tribulation saints can rule over the nations with Christ during the millennial kingdom.

Paul says no such thing! Where do you get the idea that this scripture is speaking about after the millennial kingdom? I Cor.15:51-53 is synonymous with I Thess.4:16-17. It's the same event. It states that we (living believers) will be changed, which is the Greek allasso defined as: to change: to cause one thing to cease and another to take its place, to transform, i.e. immortal and glorified.

The flesh we currently inhabit will never be reconstituted, those worthy to go into Eternity with God will be spiritual beings. Matthew 22:30 In the resurrection…..they are like the angels in heaven

The above is also False! Though they are called spiritual bodies, they will be like the Lord's. After He had resurrected, the disciples thought that He was a spirit. He then tells them to look at His hands and feet (nail marks) that it is He himself in the same body that He was crucified in. Then He tells them "a spirit does not have flesh and bone as you see I have." So, it is referred to as a spiritual body, but will be tangible and corporeal, but with heavenly abilities.

So, you are ignoring the scriptures that I provides previously which state that when we die our spirits depart from our bodies and go to be in the presence of the Lord, conscious and aware. You are ignoring the information at the opening of the 5th trumpet where the spirits/souls of those who will have been killed are seen under the altar in heaven, conscious and aware and having a conversation with the Lord. Then there is Moses and Elijah appearing before Jesus when He was transfigures, as well as many other examples. Why do and others grab only the scriptures that support your belief and then leave out the others?

The church will in no wise be judged at the great white throne judgment. That is a judgment for the unrighteous dead alone, which the second death has power over.

There are instances of God allowing dead spirits to speak
That is a convenient apologetic, yet false. Abraham, Lazarus and the rich man had died and were down in the comfort area of Hades, along with all of the other OT saints. On the other side of the chasm, was the rich man and all of the unrighteous dead. It is the latter who will be resurrected and will stand to be judged at the GWTJ.

but we must always keep in mind that whatever people believe about Gods Plans for our future, our Salvation is the only critical issue, all the rest will unfold as God has decreed.
This is not true either. As an example, Paul in referring to Hymenaeus and Philetus, were teaching that the resurrection had already taken place, which he called godless chatter and that it would spread like gangrene, that they had departed from the truth. Therefore, anyone who is teaching that the resurrection has already taken place, falls under this same condemnation. Likewise, anyone who adds to or takes away from the prophesies in the book of Revelation will come under what is written in Revelation 22 will come under condemnation. So, people cannot just teach different views of God's word and without suffering the due penalty for those false teachings.

In addition, Peter stated that Paul's letters were wisdom from God and scripture. And that there were those who were ignorant and unstable people distorting his writings as they do the other scriptures and that to there own destruction. Therefore, those groups today who call Paul a false apostle and reject his writings as scripture, fall under the same condemnation as those men.

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of Godmay be thoroughly equipped for every good work."

God did not give us His word so that people could interpret it anyway we want, creating all kinds of interpretations. God is not alright with that. They're called the false teachings of men, which is supported by the following scripture:

"For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths."

We read and study the scriptures so that we can know God's word. And by doing so, we can tell what is right from what is almost right and we which we should contend for. I'm not speaking from the cuff of my sleeve, I know that the truth is and that is what I contend for.

My concern is that those who do believe in a 'rapture' outta here before hard times come, may fall away from their faith when it doesn't happen.
The reason that believers in Christ will be "outta here before hard times come" is because those hard times are the wrath of God which will be carried out via the seals, trumpet and bowl judgments, as well as the plagues that the two witnesses bring. Believers in Christ will be gathered prior to the first seal being opened and that because we are not appointed suffer God's wrath.

The underlying principle which many don't understand is that, Jesus took upon himself God's wrath that every believer deserves, satisfying it completely. Therefore, God's wrath no longer rests upon the believer, which is why we must be caught up before it begins.

Those who attempt to support the idea that the church will be on the earth during that time, cite the fact that the apostles and the first century church did not escape persecution and death, so why should we. However, what they fail to take into consideration is that the trials and tribulations that Jesus said believers would experience for His names sake, come at the hands of men and the powers of darkness. In opposition, the wrath that is coming will be directly from God and it is not meant for His church, because Christ already suffered it. When we became believers, we were credited with His righteousness and reconciled to God. God's wrath is coming upon those who continue to live according to the sinful nature and continue to reject His Son. The church will not be on the earth to experience God's wrath.
