What? is it true God took away sin on that cross or not?

I view it much as when Jesus told the woman at the well that He has water that will allow her to never thirst again. Or as I believe Elijah and the widow who gathered all the pots and was given a supply of oil that met her need not only presently but as long as was necessary.

All the maidens are given lamps with a starting measure of oil...
and Hevrews 4:2 tells us, of the Sabbath rest that the Israelites fell short of entering into, "For we also received the good news just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, since they did not share the faith of those who comprehended it."
So, in short, coupled with this parable, it seems to me that the oil is the good news, and the extra measure of oil is belief that must be mixed with it.

It seems like he didn’t know them because they weren’t ready when he came though there’s nothing to say he knew any of them before he came only those who were ready when he arrived went in and the others were left out
if we look at the next parable of the talents it’s kind of the same exact message showing that the people have a role a duty until he returns and again some are accepted and rewarded but others are cast out who werent ready
“Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
( none already know him they are all going to meet him only the ones ready are taken in the ones not ready when he comes are the foolish who are left out
Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. ( he’s the bridegroom in the parable and we’re the virgins )
For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.”….

were meant to be ready at any time to meet the lord it will happen suddenly when no one is expecting it . Tose oarables are about remaining diligent in Gods things telling us of the coming judgement

Thank you. My point actually pertained to Jesus saying He did not know the 5 foolish virgins. He said the same to those in Matthew 7:23. Evidently they had neglected to do the will of the Father and would not enter the kingdom. (verse 21) Jesus then goes on to speak of the foolish being those who neglect to lay a proper foundation. (Matthew 7:24-27, Luke 6:48) Hebrews 6:1-3 references foundation aspects that point back to the initial message presented at Pentecost. (Acts 2:4-42) Jesus said unless a man is born of water and of Spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of heaven. This is essential regardless of what else a man does throughout his lifetime.

Yes brother he often is very Thou tough and repetetive and then especially when we come to the apostles writings after wards which helps us better understand the gospel itself wasn’t disagreeing at all was sort of trying to go from what you were saying like you said here
