you know, rejection of the Spirit of God means rejecting understanding and relationship with God
when I consider the things I thought I knew...had been taught...to where God has actually brought me because I said to Him once a long time ago that I wanted to know Him as He is and not as people represent Him...well...I understand how little I do know
we are so finite and yet we think we can best the Creator of all things
and God will have none of this phony religious spirit that some would like to bless us with
we have a gift...as you have said...God is serious about what we do with what we have
and I learned a long time ago that ignorance does not protect you no matter the results of your ignorance

Please..apart from CHRIST, you can know nothing...It is the reason HE came into the world...for many will profess to know GOD, but he who denies the SON, in a sense, calls GOD a liar...they do not believe GOD´s TESTIMONY. which GOD has given of HIS SON..he who believes has that WITNESS in them who testifies, with their spirit that GODś WORD is TRUTH...
Make the hearts of these people fat and give them eyes that see not, and ears that hear not...LEST THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAND WITH THEIR HEART.....TURN....AND I SHOULD HEAL THEM....

Let it be clear, since I seem to be confusing some...CHRIST is the ONE who opens the eyes and the ears of the heart to the Truth of the GOSPEL...and is also the ONE who will send the Comforter who will speak what HE tells HIM...and what HE tells HIM, will glorify HIM...for the HOLY SPIRiT does not speak of HIMSElf, but what HE hears,...and shall glorify HIM

The Armor of God
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

No, apart from Christ we can DO NOTHING that will last or be for the Kingdom of God. WITHOUT the Holy Spirit we can KNOW NOTHING.

the blood of Christ already covers me and is between every spirit that is not of God whether human or demonic
Christ's blood has overcome the devil and all of his kingdom

Its is actually the work of one faith as a labor of love accredited to one Spirit the Holy Spirit of God also called the Spirit of Christ. The one Spirit of faith the unseen eternal . It is the mutual work of two working as one that baptizes us through the water of the word into the family of believers.

I was alone when I prayed to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and immediately I did speak in tongues
I sing in tongues and pray in tongues and I can tell you that I could not make up such beautiful words to God when I translate what I sing
sadly, there is much abuse with the gifts today and tongues are not used the way the Bible ... through Paul's teaching...describes
I pray God does grant your request and fill you with His Spirit and give you the gift you desire
