There is great peace to be had in Christ. I like what John Piper wrote even though I'm about to mangle it. It goes something like this:
Brokenness is when you find out that all there is is God. Peace is when you find that all you need is God. And joy is when you find out all you want is God.
I've known plenty of brokenness. I've reached the point where I do recognize all I need is God so I live at rest. I'm still pursuing joy.

The grace that brings salvation is unique in that it employs faith. There is a supernatural element that attends salvation that is absent in the common grace that God provides to all. But because much of what God is doing in drawing the wayward one to Himself is done inwardly or the attendant circumstances are merely viewed as happenstance, much of the work of God in salvation is little realized by the new believer. This, accompanied by poor teaching on the subject, in my opinion, has robbed God of much of the glory of the salvation He has provided.

It's interesting that you chose the story of Lazarus. Jesus indeed speaks forth words of life and Lazarus was made alive. I believe this is exactly what happens in salvation. And yet there were other dead people in the graves who did not come forth.
To me, this is what happens every Sunday in church. The words of Christ are proclaimed, and some come forth in life and others remain as they came. Both groups hear the same words.

Not sure I entirely understand your post. But no, I think that neither are all men given the gift nor do all go to heaven. The gift
is only given to those whom God had chosen to give the gift to, and they alone go to heaven.

And then man is cast out of Eden where God had placed him after creating man, and the tree of life is guarded now from man’s access with an impassable wall of fire ? That flaming sword tbat turns every way now has appeared but th is all happened because man did what God said not to do

We were corrupted by good and evil and fell from our intended place in creation as his fellows and companions those he created for love to love and to be loved by the father and son relationship

Jesus came to restore the people for a perfect world he promised to redeem us from a dark and corrupt world headed for a blazing end but they don’t consider it unless they hear the word of God.

So in the end of the ot God is saying man is corrupted and there’s not a single one that’s able to approach him and live to intercede because we’re all sinners now

Then Jesus came with the gospel of “ reconciliation “ “ restoring the hearts and spirits of men and again look it’s calling us to be and teaching us we are the children the sons and daughters of God like Adam and Eve in the beginning

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.”

One is a story of man’s corruption costing this world and the other of Gods righteousness restoring mankind’s heart and spirit and life and on the end of the bi les New Testament you’ll notice a promise to partake of the tree of life in paradise with God like Adam was given on the beginning

I think this bro Gods Will absolutely will be accomplished he is the creator of all things even mankind ourselves all of us good and bad. But I believe our lives on earth we are feee to choose either the good or evil Adam introduced into the world

And if we choose Jesus and the gospel we’re choosing the good and eternal life with him

and God sees with foreknowledge and works his Will according to what he foresees and that if we love God we are the elect of God being those sons and daughters he desires to live with and among forever
