Repentence is not the exclusive gift of God . Calvinism adds ' exclusive ' to ' Gift ' . All it would need to prove Calvinism would be to have a verse were repentance is excluded from people . There is no such verse. There's no verse for any of Calvinism which explicitly states what they teach . Look out for this evertime you hear TULIP explained.

And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him - Acts 5:31-32 (interesting you leave that last little bit in vs 32 out of your spiel).

The high priest and the council were cut to the heart, and took counsel to slay them (Acts 5:33) so there goes your premise that they could not "hear". They "heard" by golly.

The high priest and the council rejected what God wanted to give and God allowed them to reject ... just as we read in Ez 33:11
