Hebrews 4:15
For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are--yet he did not sin.
Tempted means to me that Jesus was faced with the same type of temptations we all have been. The verse says "in every way, just as we are" yet Jesus did not sin.
Sin comes from any thought which crosses our minds that we "yield" to. The thought itself is not sin but the giving in to it. What is so difficult to understand about that?
