I had to log in and post this;

James 2:14-26, “14 My brothers, what use is it for anyone to say he has belief but does not have works? This belief is unable to save him. 15, "And if a brother or sister is naked and in need of daily food, 16, "but one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” but you do not give them the bodily needs, what use is it? 17, "So also belief, if it does not have works, is in itself dead. 18, "But someone might say, “You have belief, and I have works.” Show me your belief without your works, and I shall show you my belief by my works. 19, "You believe that Yah is one. You do well. The demons also believe – and shudder! 20, "But do you wish to know, O empty man, that the belief without the works is dead? 21, "Was not Aḇraham our father declared right by works when he offered Yitsḥaq his son on the slaughter-place? 22, "Do you see that the belief was working with his works, and by the works the belief was perfected? 23, "And the Scripture was filled which says, “Aḇraham believed Yah, and it was reckoned to him for righteousness.” And He called him, “he who loves Yah. 24, "You see, then, that a man is declared right by works, and not by belief alone. 25, "In the same way, was not Raḥaḇ the whore also declared right by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way? 26, “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so also the belief is dead without the works.”

17, "So also belief, if it does not have works, is in itself dead.

24, "You see, then, that a man is declared right by works, and not by belief alone.

26, “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so also the belief is dead without the works.”

Your talking to a wall my friend. And sticking your foot in your mouth.

DC believes a person who has belief only as proven by no works has bnever been saved./ As do I, As do all the people who keep trying to shove the law down with.

if you people can not humble yourself to try to understand what people are saying, how do you expect to have any meaningful conversation?

"BUT ONLY THE ONE WHO DOES THE WILL OF MY FATHER WHO IS IN HEAVEN" vs.21

Only the person who does the will of the Father will enter the kingdom of heaven. Not because that's how you work to earn salvation but because, as James says, only the faith that can be seen by men and God (obedient faith) saves. If you do not have a faith that can be seen in the doing of God's will then you have a faith that can not save.

People who have true faith DO THIS.

What part of people who have faith WILL do this can you not comprehend?

You have no idea what you're talking about.

Anyway, forgive me if I sound a bit rude but the fact that you're agreeing with me here and disagreeing on others' mean you're confused or have no idea what I'm talking about either.
You said you overcame some things. If you were not talking about overcoming sin that was plaguing you then I did not understand what you were saying. I'm beginning to see you weren't talking about overcoming sin(?)

People who 'live like this' will not inherit the kingdom of God. But you are saying people who do 'live like this' will inherit the kingdom of God. Who do we listen to, you, or Paul?
My My, State where I said people who LIVE LIKE THIS WILL ENTER?

And you wonder why people call you fran, Your just like her, you twist people words. And then blame shift.

Do you 'live like this'? I don't. I sin, but I do not live in it. Do you? God's grace doesn't make it so you can 'live like this' and still enter the kingdom of God. "Do not be deceived"-vs.9.
John said a person BORN OF GOD can not LIVE IN SIN.

what part of CAN NOT do you not comprehend?

Keep lieing about what people say, As someone said God is watching, He see4s your slanderous ways.

Hey bro, you may not have been here. Fran and another poster ( I can not remember his nic) would continually say their freind “Ralph” would come into CC and set me and DC straight. Then all of a sudden, this guy “Ralph” shows up. They even pretty much admitted it was not a real person. But someone they made up. That is why people think it is fran (or that other person) and Ralph are one and the same.

Pretty much, they made their bed, now they have to sleep in it.
Hi bro.
I was here with Fran was. It was her and AllenW who persuaded me to come over from another forum.
Ralph was also on the other forum at the same time.

Note eternally-gratefull talking about how the saved person will have works and then turning right around and defending the person who doesn't have works as being saved when Jesus comes back too. He can deny it all he wants but he's saying you can 'live like this' and you will inherit the kingdom while the Bible says the exact opposite.

The man at Corinth who was living in sin had to die to the flesh "so that he be saved"-vs.5. He was not going to be saved when Jesus came back had he not stopped 'living like this'.
SHOW WHERE EG SAID A PERSON WILL NEVER HAVE WORKS??

Okay, enough BDF-crashing today.

God bless you my brothers! And keep spreading the GOOD NEWS! <3 <3
If you mean the good news that I can remain in my old unchanged life and live in adultery, and fornication, and greed, and hatred and the grace of God covers me, then, no, I'm not spreading that good news because that's not the good news of the gospel. That's the good news of a lying deceitful gospel.

John 13:10 He who is bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean.
Amen sis, Only if we stopped sin 100% would the need to be bathed stop, We need bathed because we do not stop sin.

Then men (or women) judge sinners, when they themselves have sin, and need bathed themselves.

I doubt they understand what being COMPLETELY cleans means though (like eternal, like never for forever. These words have no meaning to them)

So, I was just dropping by (before I got distracted) to say that I bought myself a Kindle!!! And I'm so excited to read some more!!!

Also, here's a testimony from me and a friend, this week we've both overcome two things that have been plaguing us both in different ways. Jesus delivered me from something challenging and personal and I'm just glad knowing that He never leaves me nor forsakes me, not because of my ability or inability to do what is right but because Jesus bore my inabilities, weaknesses, imperfections on the Cross and has paid for all my sins, FOREVER. This is GOOD NEWS!
Amen sis, God is great, Thanks for the testimony, We needed some good news in here, Been nasty the past few days.

Veiled eyes, brother. But what we're doing here on CC is planting seeds of faith, it's up to them what they wanna do with it. We get to live with confidence, while they continue walking the defeated path.
Amen sis, We walk in faith, and have victory because Christ is victorious.

They have to judge and lie, because they have no confidence, their confidence is in self.

So many people are so out to focus on non-performance that they can not see the reality of what true faith does to a person.

This defense of non performance is hardly what the gospel is all about. The gospel is about being set free from sin through faith in Christ, not works, so that you be saved. The person who does not die to the flesh but instead lives in it will not be saved when Jesus comes back. Grace does not make it so you can stay in your sin and still be saved. If that were true the man at Corinth would not have to die to his flesh to be saved.
The only two people talking about non performance is yourself and Hizekya, and a few of your brothers in works.

No one else here is talking about non performance, we believe a true child of God will perform because true faith works.

But you can not see that, Because you have been learned to believe anyone who believes in eternal security loves sin and defends it. Which is a lie straight from the pits of hell.

Trust me, if you think grace makes it so you can live in sin and still be saved you are the one that can not see.
As she said, You have no idea what she is saying, or are confused (which YTou have been here long enough to make me doubt you are confused at all. You are just ignoring what you do not want to see. And seeing what you want to see. Whether it is their or not)

The part that is added that says people who don't do this will be saved when Jesus comes back.

The ONLY ONE WHO SAYS THIS IS YOU!!

Thus it is a non issue,,

No one else (except a few of your brothers making the same false accusations) SAYS THIS.

You made your bed, live in it, Or humble yourself and see what people are actually saying.

No, we need our feet cleaned because we do not stop sin. If you need a bath then you are living in sin and not just getting your feet dirty in sin. If you need a bath you will not be saved when Jesus comes back.
