I never said adultery is sexual relations outside of marriage, this would be (Fornication)

It Appears your change the name game has started in misrepresentation.
It all falls under the category of sexual immorality.

Any claim of 1 Cor 7:15 allowing for remarriage would be (False) the christian is free and at peace if the spouse leaves (Separation) at no place does scripture allow for remarriage while the spouse lives.

As Mark 10:11-12 clearly teaches below, if you put away, (Divorce) your spouse and marry another its (Adultery)

Mark 10:11-12 KJV
11 And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.
12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

1 Corinthians 7:14-15 KJV
14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.
15 But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.

Romans 7:1-3 below, supports and enforces Mark 10:11-12, if a woman is married while her husband lives, she is to be called an Adulteress, simple.

Romans 7:1-3 KJV
1 Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth?
2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.
3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
Thanks for the reply. What would you say about marriages that are not authentically approved (meaning invalid, forged or non-authoritative licenses, or marriages that were never legally registered or notarized). These marriages are still binding? Not common in the west today but in some third world countries they do happen.

Abandonment was very common issue in the 1950s and before, when women were more chaste and men had to get married just to have sex. After being with the girl for a summer or so, the guy did a "runner." I believe abandonment is divorce.
I guess that usually such "guys", once they abandoned their wife, would continue to prey upon victims and sleep around, so then it'd be ground for divorce.

This is incorrect.

The context for Matthew 19:9 is that men were frequently divorcing their wives for trivial reasons. Jesus was telling the men that they can only divorce the women due to fornication, not trivial reasons.

The scenario for abuse is not covered, as are other issues listed in the link (mentally unable, forced marriage, a person denying sex or children, etc.).

Under Mosaic law, a wife may divorce the husband due to neglect. Neglect is comparable to abuse, although abuse could be much worse.

Exodus 21:10–11
Christian Standard Bible
10 If he takes an additional wife, he must not reduce the food, clothing, or marital rights of the first wife.d 11 And if he does not do these three things for her, she may leave free of charge, without any payment.D
There is only (One) allowable means for divorce in the Holy Bible, (Fornication) that is for a spouse to have sexual relations, outside of the marriage.

If a person has a spouse that is abusive, neglect, abandonment, mmentall crazy, etc (Separation) is the biblical response

At no time can a person be married to another, while their spouse lives.

Matthew 19:9KJV
9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

Mark 10:11-12KJV
11 And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.
12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

Its my observation of scripture, that marriage is biblically defined in Genesis 2:24-25 below, and this applies to all mankind.

Genesis 2:24-25KJV
24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.

I interpret that as positive for such marriages mentioned, even though they may "paper-wise" be incorrect, that they still do constitute marriage. Thank you for your replies.

That would be to a first and only wife while she is living, as scripture clearly defines.

If the first wife/husband is deceased, the surviving spouse is free to marry.

At no time can a person be married to another, while their spouse is living (Adultery)

Abandonment is biblical grounds for legal separation, not divorce.

Yet the way out of such a marriage (to someone who already has a spouse living) would have to be...divorce?

There is only (One) allowable means for divorce in the Holy Bible, (Fornication) that is for a spouse to have sexual relations, outside of the marriage.

If a person has a spouse that is abusive, neglect, abandonment, mentally crazy, etc (Separation) is the biblical response.

A person can divorce there spouse for (Fornication) and remain single, perfectly biblical.

At no time can a person be married to another, while their spouse lives (Adultery)

Matthew 19:9KJV
9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

Well, I get that. To clarify: What I meant was that if somebody yet married someone who is already married (spouse still living), then what would the way be out of that?

A Perfect Example Of The Church And Degradation?

John Hagee Pastor Cornerstone Mega Church, San Antonio Texas

Hagee had an affair with a college girl (Diana Castro) in the church he pastored, he wrote a letter of resignation, with a full confession of his sin.

Hagee at 35 years old divorced his wife Martha of 15 years and two children, and married (Diana Castro) 12 years younger, he moved across town and started the Mega Church Cornerstone, while his wife Martha is living presently (Adultery)

John Hagee is currently in the active sin of Adultery, while his wife Martha lives, being married to (Diana Castro) presently.

Divorce the person that's not your spouse, ask forgiveness and remain single, the act of sin committed was (Fornication) sexual relations outside of marriage.

I talked to my Grand Father who wasnt a christian, shared the gospel with him continously

He grew up in the midwest, and we had a talk one day, I was about 30 and he was 80?

He shared with me how he divorced my maternal Grandmother, and ran off with the woman I knew as Grandmother, he explained how he knew he was in the sin of Adultery while she was living, and he wasnt even saved

Just let's you see the degradation in society, and its crumbling fast.

My maternal Grandmother died about 5 years before he did, and I led him in the Roman's Road dinners prayer on his death bed, it's my hope and prayer he will be there when the roll is called up yonder?

This was my understanding, he married a woman who also divorced her husband, he says when I divorced him, I gave him no other choice but to remarry.

It all falls under the category of sexual immorality.
(Adultery) is to be married to another person while your spouse is living

To have sex with this person who isnt your biblically lawful spouse is (Fornication)

(Adultery) isnt the sex act, it's the unlawful marriage, while your spouse is living.

If a person was married to another person, while their lawful spouse lived, and they never had any intimate or sexual contact, it would still be (Adultery)

As previously stated, your action should have been legal separation, however your husband had no biblical green light to remarry, none.

Gods words and standards haven't changed, the only way he can return to a good standing with God, is to divorce the woman, repent, and remain single, or be reconciled to you.

** I have asked God to forgive me, for leaving the marriage (he seen how I was treated how that monster abused our children, and convinced me I would have to file the divorce from him, so that would free him to remarry. I have remained Single - dated one person for about 2 years in the six I have been divorced, my mind will not allow me to be in another relationship, I am attractive, but I think God is saying to me , I belong to him. I just want to make the roll call when its called up yonder.

Smart to remain single and not involved in relationships with males, that's Gods will.

In God's words, its till death do you part, there is a reason its included in many marriage ceremonies, its biblical.

Hope your kids are doing well, keep them in a bible based church and in the word, it's a rough road to walk in today's world, a close eye is necessary.

Jesus Christ Is Lord, And Its My Hope Also To Make The Roll When Its Called Up Yonder

1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Romans 7:1-3 below, supports and enforces Mark 10:11-12, if a woman is married while her husband lives, she is to be called an Adulteress, simple.

God has called the believer to peace, not remarriage, you gave complete disregard to Romans 7:1-3 that teaches clearly that if a woman is married while he husband lives, she's an adulteress

Gods word isnt contradictory, you took the word "Peace" and added to the word "Remarriage"

This is a prime example of where things are today, and you dont stand alone, 90% of the claiming churches teach the same, 40 years ago it would have been 40-50%

The sin of Adultery isnt preached about in churches today, they falsely teach that adultery is to have sexual relations outside of marriage (A Lie) that is (Fornication)

Adultery is biblically defined to be married to another person while the lawful spouse lives, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, marriage, while previous spouses live (Adultery)

The claiming church in America has at least 20% of its Adult members in the sin of Adultery, the pulpits are silent, keep the donations flowing $$$

1 Corinthians 7:14-15KJV
14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.
15 But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.

Romans 7:1-3KJV

2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.
3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
