Jesus is not coming back. He already did in 70 A.D.

So what is Paul saying in 1 Thes 4: 16-17? It is not about living Christians flying up in the air and being transformed. It is covenantal transfer. It is spiritual.
Who taught you this? You sure did not pick up a king james bible and start reading and come up with this on your own.

WOW

This is weird strange doctrine. I AM AFRAID!

Covenental transfer you said! I have now heard it all!

Here is a response to what you asked earlier about matthew 16:27-28: https://www.ligonier.org/blog/some-...t-taste-death-unfolding-biblical-eschatology/

But how do you on the other hand explain this place we are in currently being new heaven and new earth? Cause this place sucks!
Life is what you make of it. When people are taught a rapture and a future second coming they immediately focus on the negative in the world and that this is some place that needs to be escaped from.

There are good and bad people in the world. Always has been, always will be. People are not any worse today than ever. They are the same. As Christians we try to be good servants of the Lord and promote His kingdom and share the gospel so others can enter and experience His life.

The new heavens and earth is not a physical place. It is the New Covenant. It is resurrection. It is Jesus. I am the resurrection and the life Jesus said. It is a new people, the New Jerusalem, that God created in and through Christ. When you read Isaiah 65: 1-16 it talks about the old heavens and earth which was old covenant Israel. They always rebelled. In verse 17 & 18 God says He will create a "new heavens and earth". That is a new people. A New Jerusalem. A people that are a joy to Him.

Matt 16:27? Obviously hasn't happened yet. So obvious. And wrecks your theories.
Then why did Jesus say it would happen in His generation? Because it did. That is the sheep & goats judgment of Matt 25. The judgment of Dan 12: 2. The judgment of Rev 20: 11-15. They are all the same event that happened in 70 A.D. Every man was rewarded according to his deeds. This matches what Jesus says in Matt 16: 27-28 and that some would not see death since it was only about 40 years away.

Roku Go back and read some of the early church creeds, take for example the Apostles' creed. It mentions Jesus coming back in the future. Clearly the early-church didnt believe this already took place.
Are creeds and traditions of men above the Scripture? That's what the Pharisees were guilty of. The reason seems simple to me why many in the early church missed it. It's the same reason today. It's the same reason Thomas wouldn't believe. Carnal/physical thinking.

That it must be a visible return. Something perceived with the 5 senses. Scripture doesn't support that. Humans think with there 5 senses and that is why most of Christianity is still looking for a "visible" return. They missed it.

Luke 17: 20-21, "Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you/in your midst.

His kingdom is a spiritual one. The new heavens and earth is a spiritual reality created in Christ.

Soooo....this is the revitalized renewed righteous Kingdom of God on the earth is it?

Sounds to me that you believe original sin and the curse is here forever, and Christ's sacrifice is irrelevant and nullified.

Everything you say is utterly hopelessly wrong. Dead wrong. And heretical to the extreme.

We are done here.

Yer wasting yer time Roku, it's very hard to shift ingrained thinking. In some respects the detractors and criers of heresy are not much better than the natural man:

"But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned"

You are referring to Zech 12: 10-14. That was in 70 A.D. during His second coming. Here are the verses:

Zech 12: 10-14, "And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for hisonly son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn. 11 In that day there shall be a great mourning in Jerusalem, like the mourning at Hadad Rimmon in the plain of [c]Megiddo. 12 And the land shall mourn, every family by itself: the family of the house of David by itself, and their wives by themselves; the family of the house of Nathan by itself, and their wives by themselves; 13 the family of the house of Levi by itself, and their wives by themselves; the family of Shimei by itself, and their wives by themselves; 14 all the families that remain, every family by itself, and their wives by themselves.

What does Matt 24: 30 say? Matt 24: 30, "Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

The tribes mourned at His second coming in 70 A.D. His elect were saved out of the city and the rest were killed. About 1 million Jews died in the judgment.

Matt 24: 21-22, " For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.

Some were spared in the siege of Jerusalem. The elect.

Rev 1: 7, "Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

The Greek word translated earth can equally be translated as land. It is the land of Israel. All the tribes of the land of Israel.

All of this happened in 70 A.D. at His second coming.

I agree with you. I am just sharing what I believe to be the truth of what Scripture is saying. Even if just one person comes along and sees it and it is a blessing to them then it was worth it.

Full-preterism has been on the rise on the internet recently. I have to say though i dont know ANY brethren in real life that believe that junk. NOT A ONE.

My theory is that its a pushback on the rapturemania, they got tired of the date-setting Harold Campings and the rest of them and now they found something online that says its all done. Its great to have that hidden knowledge of how it all went down and all these regular Christians still waiting for Jesus to come back.
Pretorism is diversionary propoganda of Catholicism originally authored by a Jesuit priest to divert prophetical attention away from the pagan Satanic cultists that got Identified by the Protestant reformers who after they finally pried some scripture away from the satanists discovered them as the little horn beast empire Daniel proves they are.
But....this false propoganda requires NERO to be the Antichrist per scripture.
Daniels prophecy of 1260 years before the head of the beast empire is removed temporarily 1798 Identifies the Papacy littlehorn for what it is and why it is impossible for it to be any man or other entity.......No man can live 1260 years....NERO was not the Antichrist Little Horn.
Human history has to exactly match to Gods prophetical word......because it is HIS-....
Story-history.....your statement of heretical and WICKED is correct it is antichrist propoganda put forth as misdirection smoke screen diversionary propoganda by Jesuit Catholicism satanists.....
That is why I made a post asking how much they were paying him.😀

That's an interesting perspective. Do you have any evidence to back it up? The route by which I became aware of it has nothing to do with Catholicism.

2 million residents of Jerusalem and Israel were slaughtered by Titus Vespasian his Legions at around 70AD. Grace and Supplication? Not so you would notice. In fact the lies, wars, natural disasters and plagues have persisted unabated since 70AD.

Wrong again!

See Pentecost - it's in the "book" that follows John's gospel.

No it wasn't fulfilled at the Mount of Transfiguration.

Jesus says specifically in Matt 16: 27-28 that when He comes in His kingdom He will reward every man according to his deeds. No one was rewarded at the Mount of Transfiguration. That only happened in 70 A.D.
You are correct! No one was rewarded at the mount of transfiguration. Neither was anyone rewarded in 70 A.D.

We have no fulfillment of every eye seeing Jesus returning on the clouds. (Matt.24:30-31, Rev.1:7)

We have no fulfillment of the angels being sent out to first collect everyone on the earth who commits sin and does evil. (Matt.13:30)

We have no fulfillment of the events of God's wrath being poured out which must take place before Christ returns.

We have no fulfillment of the antichrist and the false prophet being revealed

No abomination has been set up in the holy place

No mark of the beast has become mandatory

No image of the beast has been created

And I could go on and on.

You're trying to put the cart before the horse in every claim.

We are looking for the literal fulfillments of those events, not allegorical/spiritual ones, which is what you are doing.

This is a lie taught by futurists. Jesus uses "genea", the Greek word for generation, 25 times in the New Testament. If a person looks at the context it shows that He is always talking about His contemporaries. There are no exceptions. To say that it is a "final generation" would mean Jesus was deceiving the disciples by not answering their question about the destruction of the temple.
Jesus told His disciples a lot of things, many of which were not fulfilled in their time, which means that the information is still valid and was meant for believers at a future time.

Even if you disagree with that Matt 16: 27-28 shows that He came back in 70 A.D.
"For the Son of Man will come in His Father’s glory with His angels, and then He will repay each one according to what he has done."

Please show everyone here, at what time the above took place. And not just by quoting the scripture, but proof of Jesus' return and the angels with Him. That should have been quite a show and something worthy of writing down. But we zero proof of this event taking place. Not only that, but if Jesus had returned, then he'd still be here, because that would have been the end of the age and the beginning of the millennial kingdom.

It seems to me that this is one of those cases where you can't see the trees for the forest. You're bothering with the use of words and ignoring the bigger chronological picture.

Everything that is currently taking place on the earth is for the purpose of ushering in the Lord's return to the earth to end the age. As I said, that can't happen until the wrath of God takes place via the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments. By the time they have completed, the majority of the earth will have been decimated and all human government dismantled, which is in support of what Jesus said "Then there will be a time of great tribulation such as the world has never seen, from the beginning, until now and never to be equaled again. And except those days had been shortened, no would survive."

We are quickly coming up to the Lord's appearing to gather the church, then the seven year agreement will take place, as well as God's wrath, which will lead up to the Lord's return to the earth to end the age. Below is something else that must take place when the Lord returns to the earth:

"He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore."

When did the above happen? That would be, Never! Nations are still fighting with each other and will continue to do so until after the Lord returns to the earth to end age.

According to the Bible, Jesus' second coming was in 70 A.D. Here is a few Scriptures in support of this:

Matt 16: 27-28, "For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works. Assuredly, I say to you, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom.”

Matt 24: 30-31, "Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. " This is the Olivet Discourse and in verse 34 it says "ALL these things will come upon this generation" Not some things but ALL these signs will come upon this generation.

Matt 10: 23, "17 But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues. You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you. “Now brother will deliver up brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death. And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved. When they persecute you in this city, flee to another. 23 For assuredly, I say to you, you will not have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes.

I have many more Scriptures I can provide if anyone is interested in discussing this. God bless.
I have some questions I wonder if you can answer.

1. Who is JESUS?

2. What happened with the final judgement? - from Revelation 20?

Zec 14:8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.

So where do we find the fulfillment of this prophecy? And what is this "living waters"?

John 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

John 7:39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

In the above we have identified what the living waters are - there is only on source of the living water.

Acts 2:3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

In the above we see when the living waters were given and which would flow out of the apostles bellies (from Jerusalem) during their ministry.

On to the next:

Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

There is no need to interpret the above in a wooden literal sense:

Heb 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels.

In Hebrews above we have the people of the nations going up "year to year" to worship the King in the heavenly Jerusalem not a pile of rocks on dirt in the middle east.
