I have seen the sources and I believe that she is a false prophet. But SDA members will never agree with this so all you can do is direct others to read for themselves. Any arguing is fruitless.

Its not pointless to reprove the works of darkness...its exactly what the bible tells us to do. Now the whole point of this thread is to somehow justify the teachings of the SDA... Apart from this, EGW had to learn many things just like the rest of us. Prophets are not all knowing at any point in their lives, they simply share what God gives them, and learn from the same as the rest of us do also. Moses who talked with God face to face killed an Egyptian and fled into hiding for forty years before of shepherding before He was ready to represent God correctly, and even at that he messed up and could not enter the promised land. Prophets are not demi gods, they are sinful human beings whom God chooses to give His messages to other sinful human beings unto salvation.

She is the Prophet of this whole false religious system...what ever the SDA church is, its based on her false teachings which are still taught in this group. Ignorance is as ignorance does I suppose. Most of what SDA's believe was believed by many Christians long before we ever existed as a denomination. Nor did she originate even the which separates us from most today, that of the investigative judgment. It was revealed to another before her. Be warned brother, even if EGW was a false prophet you cannot bear false witness aganst her or anyone else for that matter, with impunity before God. All liars have their place in the end.

So when you ask the Father for the Holy Spirit...satan really gives you a evil spirit. According to the "prophet" of the SDA church. She saw this on one of her trips to heaven... This is who the SDA church is!

No surprise here that there is of course no context surrounding the quotes you supply. It never helps those who are twisting and manipulating the words of others to supply context. Doing so reveals the deceptive intentions of their selective quotes.

She said Satan appeared to be by the throne trying to carry on the work of God, not that he was. Satan was doing this to those "Christians" who careless. The bible makes it quite clear that those who are careless about accepting and maintaining the truth, will be allowed by God to receive strong delusion from the Devil. How else can it be for those who reject the truth in carelessness for the same?

Careless professing "Christians" will be deceived by the evil one since they are not diligent in seeking and maintaining the truth. True Christians follow the Lamb wherever He goes and speak no guile or deceit from their lips.

We are all sinners. We can and will be forgiven in and through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He who rejects the truth though, cannot be forgiven for the same while maintaining that rejection. They are lost until they repent of the same. they may pray to Jesus while rejecting the truth of His word, but He is not the one who will answer them. Satan will gladly take up the cause of those who reject the plain truth.

Yes, seriously guys come on. I sat here and read nearly this entire thread and this is what I have to say. Laodicea, gotime and all the other SDAs here, you guys are very knowledgeable when it comes to the Bible. And your passion and dedication is amazing. But this whole thread is misleading. The SDA church exists simply because of its founders. Founders who are very easy proven to be in error, yet the entire thread you refuse to delve into what they have said and analyze it. The thing is, we don't need to "only stick to the Bible" because the Bible teaches us how to properly analyze anything and everything to determine it's merit.

If you care nothing for Ellen White and the rest of the founders and what they said and are unwilling to defend it, then guess what..... You are not an SDAs. Period. And that is OK, nobody is making you associate with that group. You are free to believe and follow your faith however you chose as a normal Bible believing Christian. Just sharing a few views with a certain denomination does not automatically make you a member of that denomination. Let's either involve the statements and claims of the founders or can you just please come to the realization that you in fact are in no way SDAs.
