Abomination is an incorrect translation. Taboo is a more accurate translation. But something tells me you prefer to use abomination, if you had the choice. That is because it is your own subjective view, rather than you developed the view because of the Bible. If people would never use the Bible to prop up their own subjective views, please let me know why people are incapable of doing that and never would. We are all of the world, and none of us are righteous.
Ask Jesus. Read His words. Otherwise, you are just going to keep getting a mixed opinions on the topic. What He says matters in the end.

Everyone has the opportunity to go to heaven, even murderers and rapists.
While people rarely change, they have the opportunity to change, to repent, to give their life to God.
But people like to play God, and decide who God loves, who God condemns, who God would not allow into heaven. This is because part of the carnal mind we all have as a part of our flesh, likes the idea of an eye for an eye.
When someone's child is murdered, there are two possible options. The rarely taken option, is to forgive. But it also accounts for how many Christians view other people. The more Christ-like Christian is a rare breed. Many Christians prefer law, order and justice, to love, compassion and forgiveness. Which one of these is based on logic, which one is based on God??

Contrary to post three I can biblically say the following....
a. If one is born from above they will make God's kingdom
b. If one is not born from above it will be snap, crackle and pop
c. Romans speaks to the state of one who is sexually orientated away from that which is normal.....
d. A reprobate mind is given unto all fojnd in group "c" as the final straw that breaks the camel's back and is indicative of a man or a woman that works that which is unseemly (I.E. Men with men and women with women)
e. All in such a state (d) are on the edge and verge of judgment!
Having said all the above which is biblical....I can also say that only God can judge the eternal state of a human at the end of the day......Saved people have been sexually immoral....David n Bathsheba and Solomon had 1000 women as two examples....but they were not gay nor transgender!

I think there will be a lot of sinners saved by Grace in heaven. However the word of God says flesh and blood will not enter into heaven . So the self identity of a false narrative will not be there. there is not such thing as transgender that term is a lie from the pit of hell formulated by abusive parents and a educational system . a lie will not make it.

God has declared that He does not want people to seek or accept sexual gratification outside the physical gender they were born with. Failure to do what God desires is sin. Sexual sins are no different in God's eyes than any other sins.
Transgenders, like anyone else, can repent of and turn from their sin and receive Jesus' salvation. When God's Holy spirit indwells us we are empowered to resist sin and to please God.

I have not read everyone's post but have read a few of the last ones. We have to remember a sinner cannot just say... Ok., I'm going to stop this sin business and clean myself up and then go and ask Jesus to save me.
The power to stop sinning comes from Jesus and first we have to go to Him and ask Him to save us and forgive us for being sinners because we can't fix ourselves and our behavior anymore than we can save ourselves. It's Jesus and the new birth that makes us able to say no to sin and yes to God. It works that way for all sin.

There are probably plenty of verses to back it up in medical journals. It's highly unlikely there is such a bible verse pertaining specifically a transgender being born that way. There is also such a thing as common sense and wisdom. The bible probably only covers a miniscule amount of certain situations and how to best proceed. Fortunately, God gave us a brain and will give wisdom to those that pray for such a thing and are in a position to use it. If transgender is a sin and a sin will keep you out of heaven then nobody will be there as all have sinned. I thank God that He sent His son to die for my sins and for the sins of others as well, including someone who is a transgender.

Well, I have my concerns, too. I am 46, and in grade school in the late 70's-early 80's, there were twin boys(not identical, btw) that were one grade ahead of me. Being a kid and not really thinking that much of it, one of those twins acted dainty. This was in 2nd-3rd grade. When he left for college, his first time he came home, he brought his boyfriend with him.
Looking back, it was kinda obvious of his sexuality, even before he did 'anything'. But I would not be brazen enough to say they were born that way, as we have no way to support it scripturally.

I hear what you're saying, but, fortunately, you're incorrect.
This isn't about "judging others", according to your misusage of Matthew 7:1 (which is almost always misused, to defend sin, to play the emotional card and to malign the using of judgment).
Biblically we can determine what is allowed to enter into heaven via Scripture. There is evidence of conversion, repentance, the new creature, all part and parcel of true conversion.
If we applied your view consistently, we could not preach that any person were lost, in sin, without hope, incapable of entering heaven due to whichever sinful state they find themselves.
We are to use judgment, and that is different than "judging." Christians need to finally learn the difference, and discontinue using Matthew 7:1 as a pretext that we are not to use any kind of judgment, or, if we do "we're judging."
