Did Jesus ever tell us that we no longer need to keep the law of Moses?

Matthew 22
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

The Bible calls the Law holy, righteous and good. The Bible also calls it a schoolmaster to lead us to Christ.
It also says this: 2 Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
So why then are so many Christians hostile to God`s Law? I esteem this to be the work of Satan in an unholy era in this country and I believe it has been very damaging to Christians.
It also says this: 2 Timothy 3:16

Sorry, but it`s the only answer you find in the New Testament.
Romans 13:8
Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
Romans 13:10
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Galatians 5:14
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Well your wrong, his does not answer how law is established, it answers how parts of the law the kept, i did not ask how we keep the law i asked how the law was established (2 different things)
But since you have said it, Are you perfect? Do You keep all of the law, every jot and tittle? As required?
