Why would they write and pass a law to outlaw it..if it was already illegal ? Think Slaves was not considered protected citizens with constitutional rights

Because the law wasn't explicitly stated. The purpose of the Supreme Court is to interpret legislation, not make it. Even Sirk will tell you that slavery was implicitly against the ideology of the constitution.

Lets look at it this way: If the constitution explicitly allowed slavery, the Supreme Court (and citizens) couldn't just vote to outlaw slavery. It would be unconstitutional. The constitutional is dead, not living and breathing, meaning people and Supreme Court Justices can't go against an explicit law.

Ideology and legality are two very different things .. the constitution can be changed whenever the people decide and have enough support to change it ...its that simple

Nay, but that's you. My point has been clear, so because you can't handle the truth that the Constitution is against Christianity you instead attack me and say all your slander and say you want to do such flavorful things to myself and others. See how you just keep going in deeper.

Yeah, you really are. "Theory" in science means something very different than when laypeople use it in conversation. I agree, it was a poor choice to call different scientific theories "theories'. It's unfortunate because people assume it means the same thing as when they use it common language i.e. speculation not founded in evidence. Scientific Theories have a different definition and are held in a higher degree than Scientific Laws.
