Slavery was always against the constitution! It doesn't mean that the law represented what the constitution stated. What is difficult to understand?
People can "shape" the country only as far as the constitution lets them. The independent variable here is the constitution, not the people. lol
And that right there simply proves the magnitude of your sheer stupidity.

No it was not..in the strict legal terms of our government ..it had to be outlawed through the legal constitutional process.
Of course "slavery was against the constitution" anything that is lawless is against the constitution. Lol

Umm Ok...maybe you'll fear in torment and agony.... The sick and twisted thing is supporting the pain and suffering of babies.... But you don't seem to realize that.
You call for deporting my people, committing them to your asylums, and trying to make them renounce their birthright. Accusing people of being liberals and all sorts of name. You then change my comments to lie about me. You say you don't wish evil upon people then in the next sentence you turn around and threaten me. Told you that you won't dig yourself out with more lies.

My point is, even before it was explicitly outlawed, it was implicitly unconstitutional.

I'm not forcing my views on others; I'm educating you that abortion and gay "rights" are not in the Constitution as you proclaim. And as far as ignorance, I have two Master's degrees and twice the life experience you have, and one thing I can tell you, the more I learn, the more I realize I don't know anything. You might want to embrace that virtue; its godly.

Good for you. I never once made the claim that abortion was a part of the Constitution. I'm working on a degree in evolutionary biology. That's something you probably could use a lesson in too, I'll bet.
