Good question, I really don't know on that one. But I grew up with the story living so close to where it happened. The expulsion of the French because they would not pledge allegiance to the king. And then the Americans happened. lol

Quebec is vast...like Ontario. NS is a small province...I think you are from there? and I've been all around where the events happened so also familiar with it

it would have been about impossible to put all the French out of Quebec probably

fur was a main trading item and bankrolled many companies that came into being just because of the fur

Name a Democrat who is better? Also I agree with most policies being pushed or defended. Plus conservative judges on the supreme and lower courts, pro life orders, pro Israel acts, better trade deals, economy is doing great, stock markets have been hitting all time highs, African and Hispanic American unemployment rate has drastically decreased, border security is being addressed, religious freedom protections, prescription drug prices are to be cheaper under a new buy out of country policy, EPA less restrictive allowing businesses to come home or work more effectively, a good Christian Vice President, surrounds himself with many Christian leaders all throughout the year, very open and straightforward, has stood up to Russia, China, North Korea, Iran. Also ended the Iranian nuclear deal just to name some off the top of my head.
