yes it is sad. The question too is why would I continue? because it shows those here how people like this will do to anyone. Just think what they would be saying to you? Once you disagree, they become unhinged. I could be wrong, they do not have to agree, but what gets them is one does not agree with them.I find it very un-amusing that one is arguing with a known Christian mod -
and the inferring that he is not a Christian, knowing that he has the
approval of this sites creator, is really just sad...
Obviously you keep putting words in my mouth. I was pointing out your assertions about me were in fact not truthful. You made assumptions about me and accused me of things I didn't do. Then you accused me of being judgmental. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!! Reread your post.As I said you and people like you attack those who disagree with you then try to silence them with overly judgmental comments; like "this is your fruit, or tell someone in a " PC way you are not a Christian aka non-christian. which I too find funny because you say to use kid gloves on homosexuals and don't want to come across as judgemental, but you have no issue when a Christian disagree with you You sir are a hypocrite. Yes Jesus said you will know them by their fruits and He to said woe to you hypocrite. That is the fruit you have displayed here.
Endoscopy you and I are please don't respond to me. You are even in my thoughtsObviously you keep putting words in my mouth. I was pointing out your assertions about me were in fact not truthful. Hope all is okay for the OP author.I'm simply asking why are Christians accepting that its apart of normal life.
One issue with these life styles is there is a much higher percentage of suicides! That demonstrates the negative mental issues the lifestyle causes to happen. This is something that is ignored by those pushing this agenda. They on the other hand try to claim feelings of desiring to do these things is all that is important. So what if it leads to more suicides!I concur that the gay lifestyle and a high acceptance of it are becoming fully embedded into the fabric of our society. As a high school teacher, I have numerous gay students (and this year a first for me, a girl who is in transition to become a boy) and legally I can not discriminate against them in any way. Of course, I would not even want to as they have the right to an education. But the issue is that this life style is becoming so acceptable and viewed with so much fondness by the younger generation that our Christian children have to be spiritually stronger than ever before in order to resist the falsehoods promulgated by everything the gay life style promotes.

What is left out is you put words in my post I never said. That is what I was discussing with you. I don't know who you got them from but it wasn't me.yes it is sad. The question too is why would I continue? because it shows those here how people like this will do to anyone. Just think what they would be saying to you? Once you disagree, they become unhinged. I’m a little disturbed by the overly righteous indignation of the OP’s post, which represents much of what push people away from Christianity. He says that, although he is respectful, he’s still disgusted by LGBTQ people for their sin. Jesus, who was God yet walked the earth as a man, absolutely had the power to see right through each and every he met. The Samaritan woman at the well is a good example.
To the OP I would say, look to Jesus’s example. He had sight into the darkness of souls you can’t even dream of, yet who did he spend his time with? “Sinners”. Who did he love and care for? “Sinners”. He told them to leave their sinful ways, but he still loved them. Yes, the sin itself, like all sins, should disgust you, but imagine if you yourself had met the man Jesus on a dirt road one day. Would you want him to look at you with disgust or love in his heart? Because I guarantee you, he’d have clear sight into all the sin in your life.
I am in total agreement. We are supposed to love the sinner but hate the sin. This kind of sin is called an abomination in both Testaments. It looks like they've completely lost track of staying on the subjectand rather insulting, correcting each other and such.
The simple answer to the topic,
Is that sin is sin, LGBT stuff is all about sin. It's simply people disobeying God and his word for their own selfish desires. Surely they have a reason they pursue being gay, lesbian, transgender, bisexual and such, but in the end, there's no excuse for sin except salvation by Jesus Christ.
But let's remember, all sin is equal, everyone has their own sinful ways that some don't. Even if you just steal a penny one time in your life, and I murder thousands of people a day, you and I are equally guilty of sin. These LGBT people are no worse or better than us straight people.
This thread is simply sad
The sad part is both the US and Canada have become secular nations with only a splinter of the population being Christians!welcome to the 21st Century, it sucks doesn't it.
So not only does he treat the illness; also tells them that the cause of their illness is thier behavior. That they may never fully recover if they don't change the behavior.how should we best love the sinner but hate the sin
as an analogy, a good doctor cares for the patient but hates the bad habits of the patient that leads to the illness and the disease that the patient is suffering from
