Hello everyone. I am a 16 year old on a student exchange to Peru, and as I now live in a Catholic dominated country, I have a lot of new questions. I am a born-again Christian as of almost 1 year ago, so I do not want any Catholics to answer my question. This is for true Christians only.
I. What is the thing that will glorify God the most when I’m in a Catholic religion class?
a) Should I sit through the Catholic sermon quietly?
b) Should I openly oppose the teacher in class, pointing out verses which contradict what she is teaching?
c) Should I talk to the teacher after class?
d) Should I talk to my peers around me about what is incorrect with her teaching?
II. Soon, I will have the option to attend religion class or not. Should I continue attending religion class?
III. Do you have any good ideas on how to spread the biblical truth of salvation through faith alone (Rom. 3:28, 4:3, 4:5, 5:1, 11:6, Gal. 2:16, Eph. 2:8-9) instead of salvation through faith and works in my community?
Thanks!
