Okay I'll give you that one. You were asking her and I jumped in on it.btw..it really WAS a question for HER..![]()
Guess its ifferent there in texas...here in chicago land its bout education and money..city kids..even though im not one in heart..thats why im in the burbs..lolYes years ago an old fiance, now friend confessed to that. I was engaged once and married once. My ex- that was just a mess. I let him wear the pants. I have no need or desire to out do a man. I can just take care of myself. I would hope he would ask and enjoy my help. And that he would feel secure in knowing if he is not around I can take care of myself. ( he won't have to leave work to come fix a flat, or install a hose ) I have not dated since my divorce. Couple of years me time. I guess i'll find out.
I was raised small town or ranch. There was tons of chores. School was a big deal to me as a kid. I enjoyed learning. I guess you could say I was an odd combination. Academics and athletics was my passion. That and riding my horse. Honest hard work was a must. I guess the way I look at it. I was given the skills needed to live my life. Yet my career was the medical field. Not a cowgirl.AWESOME...we were always pushed EDUCATION..EDUCATION..EDUCATION other than maybe the more physical aspects that you had growing up.we still had chores..gardening..owing lawn etc but in a probably smaller residental setting..small town..

But I still think any guy who is intimidated because a woman knows how to deal with what life throws at her... that guy just ain't thinking straight.

I guess that is the difference in regions and city verses country. Now if my future mate was a rancher or farmer. They would be putting me to work.Guess its ifferent there in texas...here in chicago land its bout education and money..city kids..even though im not one in heart..thats why im in the burbs..lol
I guess that is the difference in regions and city verses country. Now if my future mate was a rancher or farmer. They would be putting me to work.being I can ride, rope, brand ECT.... And that I can drive many tractors and work most attachments. But a city boy ( ex fiance ) chances are they may. I guess it will just depend on the man. Upbringings play a huge part in our lives.
