I think you are right, the west instigated this fight. Partly by tampering with the electìons in Ukraine, we got Zalenski installed.

who knows where wars will end. ww1 ended the Ottoman rule over Palestine. ww2 ended with the re-birth of the Israel nation

Both of those Wars ended in mass destruction of the Christian Church throughout Eastern Europe!
I'm hoping, but expect to be disappointed, that Russia basically will not exist after this is over.
Russia is a nation of sharks. The infighting is literally tearing them apart as we speak. I don't see them existing after this is over...the sanctions will destroy them. (Global economy)
The areas with oil assets and PMCs will isolate themselves unless one will take over another. The Danger is in the nuclear weapons. Petty tyrants will control them. And I don't see this as a good thing.
According to Ezekiel 38 and 39 Russia leads the nations in the war on Israel at the end of the age, it seems that 38 is seven years before Armageddon and 39 is Armageddon.
So by "after this is over" would seem to anyone standing on the Bible to mean "after Armageddon".

(I would recommend pulling enough cash out to last two weeks prior to this weekend).
