Do Orthodox believe there are different levels of hell?
Yes, and you can read the example of it in the live of Saint Macarius of Egypt: https://www.oca.org/saints/lives/2024/01/19/100226-venerable-macarius-the-great-of-egypt

I have the understanding that God is just and fair, without compromise. God is merciful and gracious, and the way of God's redemption is available, with what the promised one, Christ, bore for any that meets that uncompromised fair justice, such that they come to him. They who do remain with God in Christ's righteousness. Those without that graciously provided way of redemption are left the fair justice from God, which they come to ultimately. It would not be all the same, being fair and just from God.

...but by the grace of our Lord.
My Mom was admitted to a hospital and I just learned that she had aspirated/ something went down her lung. She is in ICU now because a nurse gave her a pill that also compounded the problem to a life threatening state. She came for help and is worse now because the pill went down the wrong way and now she's low in Oxygen, scared and they are offering to put a suction device in her lung and intubation.
Please furvently pray.

Thank you.

As a protestant, I have to say that I agree with the idea that there are different levels of hell. God treats every unbeliever according to their works. Perhaps I'd put it as degrees. The idea of hell being a burning dungeon and Satan a fork tailed being in a red suit is not Biblical. There is a place called "outer darkness" reserved for some. That implies a place less dark. I believe the "fiery furnace" to be God as the "consuming fire" (Hebrews 12:9). No thanks.

In the Name of Jesus, She shall not due. But live and declare the works of the Lord(Psalm 118:17). .
With His stripes we are healed (Is 53:5). Praying for a miracle for your Mom!

We should know God put in place the provisions we need, we sometimes have to act on doing what is needed for those, with it revealed somewhere or in some way how to do so.

Correct: Biblically Confirmed By Jesus Himself:

"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and
for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation."
(Matthew 23:14 AV)
Amen.
