In the Bible, selfishness is defined as an excessive focus on one's own desires, needs, and interests, often
at the expense of others. It is characterized by a lack of consideration for the needs of others and a tendency
to seek personal gain without regard for the well-being of those around them.

That is selfishness in a " nutshell".

'I believe without question, love is our greatest resource when acted upon accordingly.
God's inspiration tells us "Love is patient, and love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It does not dishonor others; it is not self-seeking; it is not easily angered; it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth."

'Selfless love surely will enhance one's life in unimaginable ways. This I believe can and will
surely transform life into a meaningful and purposeful life. Daily practice of love requires spiritual
discipline above all else, and this I believe to be true.'
