In the Bible, selfishness is defined as an excessive focus on one's own desires, needs, and interests, often at the expense of others. It is characterized by a lack of consideration for the needs of others and a tendency to seek personal gain without regard for the well-being of those around them.

'I believe without question, love is our greatest resource when acted upon accordingly.
God's inspiration tells us "Love is patient, and love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others; it is not self-seeking; it is not easily angered; it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth."
'Selfless love surely will enhance one's life in unimaginable ways. This I believe can and will
surely transform life into a meaningful and purposeful life. Daily practice of love requires spiritual
discipline above all else, and this I believe to be true.'

'I have come to believe that an important aspect of life is the ongoing process of self-improvement and development
In one's spiritual life. And when too much focus is on material things, spiritual growth is unlikely to be achieved.
'Spiritual growth can be obtained. Know this and know it well, it is an inside job so long as one is not hampered
by following worldly foolishness. Foolishness is often displayed by those who are bent on rearranging and twisting
scripture to suit their own agenda of gathering a following.

With sound spiritual consciousness, away from a restless world. A spiritual heart shares spiritual revelations.

'Living in a troubled world can be challenging, but cultivating a serene mind is possible by focusing
on practices that promote inner peace and well-being, as long as one strives to maintain spiritual discipline each day.
'I have learned on this spiritual journey not to get caught up in all the worldly foolishness being promoted
by minds that are vacant of spiritual reality, which may well be a state of being where an individual lacks connection with or understanding of spiritual aspects of life. This can be described as a feeling of spiritual emptiness, characterized by a sense of meaninglessness, disconnection, and a lack of fulfillment.

-Attempting to live a spiritual life is a daily challenge. I stand by this truth. Spiritual discipline
requires an enlightenment that has the potential to further grow along a spiritual path and will

God's "help" can only come to be when a person learns to apply and act upon His
Divine inspiration of wisdom and earnestly practice the implied instructions.
Failure to thoroughly understand this truth shall be in contempt of Spiritual truth.

Here is that word again, "willing," which perhaps is one of the most ignored
truths that many put aside as being irrelevant. Willing to do something of great importance
requires fortitude and perseverance. Williness to accept the guidance of the Holy Spirit
surely requires daily practice in both fortitude and perseverance. Without one should not
expect to know of God's active Spirit in one's life, here in the now, believe it.

Distractions often occur when worldliness shuts out and/or disrupts spiritual reality.
A common challenge faced by individuals pursuing spiritual growth. Worldliness, characterized by a focus
on the temporal world and material desires, can easily distract from or even disrupt one's spiritual reality.
These are the words that Grandfather gave to Windwalker while on a vision quest, in the Moon of Harvest, as he sat and listened for Grandfather's voice as the sun rose in the East, watching from the top of the knoll in the center of the old ranch where Windwalker grew up.
"There is nothing to fear, absolutely nothing to fear" -As Windwalker continued to watch the sun rise to its highest, facing South.... "You must find a new focus, a new vision, for this is the day of life for all, a new beginning, a new paradigm that none has seen before. It has its own problems and its own solutions." -Windwalker watched the sun through the afternoon and evening as it approached the horizon, setting behind the mountain to the West....
- "You cannot go back, you must go forward. You can use the wisdom of the past as it applies to this day, which I have given you. The wisdom that you have gained today from the use of past wisdom will give new wisdom to be used tomorrow."
-With the setting of the sun in the West, the wind chilled and shifted from the North. Windwalker turned to face it. These are the words of Grandfather, spoken loudest of all, that all the world could hear....
- "You have listened to the coyotes, the greed of the priests, the shamans, the politicians, the bankers, and the merchants, instead of listening to my Voice, to Me, the ONLY ONE who always speaks the Truth. They, the coyotes, have made myths and fables and lies to frighten, to tempt, and to control you."
- "You must rid yourself of ALL these old untruths, for they have kept you captive, fragmented and separated from Me and from Yourselves."
- "I say to you, there are None more chosen and None less, for it is I who created each of you from the womb of Mother Earth, even as it was I who created Mother Earth from My Thought and My Love."
"These myths and fables of specialness are all lies. You are all special to me, or I would not have created you for My purpose. You each are My special chosen son and daughter, and I see you as ONE. You are not separate. You are each a particular divine manifestation of Me, and I would have you know this." - "Henceforth, listen not to the coyotes, for they have served their purpose and it is finished. Listen Only to Me with your inner ear, that part of Me which is You, Your True Self. You will know the Truth, the Truth of You and the Truth of Me, the I AM. You will be Free, Whole, Not Separated. The condition of separateness that you see is a condition that never was, except as you have perceived it to be, because you have believed the lies of the coyotes. I have always said you are Free, Whole, Not Separated, ONE."
- "As I created you from Mother Earth, so must you return to her bosom, so that I can create and blow the breath of life into you again and again. I say once again, there is nothing, absolutely nothing to fear, if you listen to My Voice and hear My Truth and do only that which you hear. "I have spoken." - Windwalker sat through the night, gazing into the fire which he had made from the gifts of Mother Earth. As he gathered the embers together, the breath of Grandfather blew them to life again and again and yet again. And Windwalker knew the Truth of Grandfather and himself.
- As the sun arose from its sleep in the East, there was but one ember left. With the It and the gifts of Mother Earth, Grandfather blew the ember to Life into the Fire of the New Day.

To walk humbly with the Lord, as described in Micah 6:8, means to live a life that is characterized by humility, recognizing one's dependence on God and aligning one's actions and thoughts with His will. It involves acknowledging God's authority, seeking His guidance, and striving to live in accordance with His commandments. This walk is not a passive state but an active, dynamic journey of faith, marked by obedience, gratitude, and a desire to serve others.
Aligning one's actions and thoughts according to His will is not likely without spiritual discipline.
But then, when spiritual discipline is ignored, the results are surely being witnessed.
It is conceivable that, without a sound spiritual awakening, the gift of faith simply
may not exist with all Christians. This "gift" has to be lived, with actions and behavior
that are convincing to others.

'A spiritual life can only share what comes from striving to practice a spiritual way of life.
And to pray for those who appear spiritually vacant is all there is left, as many continue
to ignore and/or do not fully comprehend the absolute necessity to walk in and with
the Spirit of the Lord.
'A spiritual life is more God connected as things of the world become less prevalent in
general. Several biblical passages support this idea. For example, Romans 8:5-6 states that those
living according to the flesh focus on worldly things, while those guided by the Spirit prioritize spiritual things,
leading to life and peace. 'Amen'
"Walking in and with the Spirit of the Lord" refers to living a life guided and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
It's considered an absolute necessity for believers, impacting every aspect
of their Christian journey and is accordingly a "crucial task for Christian theology at all times".
'Ignoring truth can lead to flawed decision-making, ethical lapses, and a distorted understanding of reality.
It can hinder personal growth and create a society based on falsehoods!

Godly rest, as described in the Bible, is not just physical relaxation but a deeper spiritual state of peace and trust in God's provision and sovereignty. It involves ceasing from striving, trusting in God's grace and salvation, and finding contentment in His presence. This rest is a gift from God, offering a respite from the burdens of life and a chance to experience His peace and joy.
I believe this to be absolutely necessary in this restless world. Often caught up in all the coming and going, one may surely become weary both physically and mentally, and easily become spiritually stagnant without resting in the Lord God to help rejuvenate the spirit.

"His spirit" refers to the presence and influence of God's Holy Spirit, while the "power of choice" is the divine gift of free will, enabling individuals to make their own decisions. Living in "His spirit" involves being guided by the Holy Spirit and making choices aligned with God's will, which leads to positive outcomes and spiritual growth.
-It is conceivable that not all 'Christians' are, in truth, being guided by the Holy Spirit. Making a claim of this on a pretense, surely, is a great error not to be taken lightly, as God's "presence" may not be known of.
-Know this and know it well. Combining the mind and heart, rather than seeing them as rivals, is key to making
fulfilling decisions.
The "heart," or intuition, speaks without language, conveying feelings of anxiety, happiness, peace, or unrest.
Learning to recognize these feelings is a crucial step in a Christians life, and spiritual discipline surely is required.
-Disturbing as it is, "a great falling away from God" is being witnessed far and near. North to south, east to west
across the land.
'A life-changing event that took place in this life is still a reminder today that "miracles" happen.
And the Holy Spirit comes upon a life, profound and without understanding, as God's nature, forever a mystery,
no more, no less.
'Attempting to understand and/or explain is simply beyond the capability of the human senses. The mission,
simply to share truths and spiritual courage, and inspiration that perhaps a lost soul may be found by the
"miracle" grace of God.
