I am grateful that I sincerely don't believe the scriptures are saying what you think they are saying.

No its true what he saying. Pharisees accused Jesus of acting by the power of an evil spirit, when He was actually empowered by the Holy Spirit. then he said directly after that he said blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is the only sin that "will not be forgiven," Mark 3:29 and Matthew 12:31-32. so it best to not proclaim it and just say it to yourself you If you don't believe it and let God tell you if its real or not. there's a reason God said anything past yes or no is a sin for anything beyond this comes from the evil one. Matthew 5:37

It more about the condition of the persons heart. If that person sincerely didn't know that it was the holy spirit that might change things. The Pharisees knew better they grew up in the church they knew Jesus didn't have the characteristics of wicked men yet they still proclaimed him as one.

Yes, I agree that blaspheming the Holy Spirit is publicly slandering the Holy Spirit. However, the grammar of the text does not have to mean that once committed such a sin can never be forgiven.

" Any airline passenger carrying a firearm trying to board a plane will not be allowed on board, neither on flights this year nor on flights next year."

This statement could be understood as either - "Neither on flights this year, nor on flights next year will any airline passenger carrying be allowed to board while carrying a firearm." This leaves open the possibility that a passenger caught trying to carry a firearm onto a plane, thought stopped at that time,
may at a later date board a plane, if they are not carrying a firearm at that later time.

Or - "In this year or next year any airline passenger carrying a firearm while trying to board a plane will not be allowed to board a plane any more, whether in this year or next year." This blacklists the person and denies the possibility of them ever being allowed on a plane again, with or without a firearm.

This same ambiguity is evident to me in Jesus words about blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

Is speaking in tongues a miracle?

If a person goes to a church and hears tongues for the first time and thinks it's evil have they blasphemed?

I was one of them

IF the actual tongues you heard is/ was from God then yes you blasphemed but was it actual blasphemy of the Holy Spirit? Did you declare it to be caused by demons?

There are false signs and lying wonders and so it could have very well been tongues made up by the people simply putting on an act or it may have been demonically controlled or it may have been ispired by the Holy Spirit..

I am grateful that I sincerely don't believe the scriptures are saying what you think they are saying.

What is important is what the scriptures are actually saying.. Ones own personal beliefs in regard to what they are saying has no bearing on what they are actually saying.. So being grateful that you interpret scriptures one way or the other has no eternal bearing on ones eternal destination..
