That is good to know, and about this verse I agree it makes perfect sense, especially when paired with some OT verses in Isaiah, but there are pother verses that seem otherwise. You know, the Most High is so complex, no man in the flesh and possibly no being ever may be able to fully quantify Him, He is infinite and eternal, we are all very simple compared to Him, an amazing thing to know and be a child of this Mighty One, the Almighty Strength, creator of the heavens and earth!

No one is disliking you for that. If you want to do it... then, do it. Frankly, probably very few people care about you doing so. Just try not to tell others they have to do likewise, or they are somehow not showing God the proper respect.

Well...I think if you answer questions as honestly as you can when asked, instead of resisting for fear of being spoken badly of, then people who see your resistance as a shady guy in sunglasses and a trenchcoat :) will see that you are just being honest about where you currently are in your understanding of what you read. :)

Never has I told anyone they have to, yet without a doubt people have an issue with it, you may not, but others have messaged me and told me they have a problem with it.

There are always verses that seem to be in contradiction to others. No one could ever resolve it unless the SSpirit showed them how! :)

that is an unfair assessment of what I ahve said

I have answered and I choose not to answer in a simple fashion because

1. It is not a simple issue if one takes alll the word in to consideration, quantifying the Creator of all that is is not simple IMO.

2. Choosing to fully explain myself to guard against any twisting or mis appriation of my words is a right thing IMO. I belve you have seen peole twist others words here and in the world more than once...

Looks like this translation has nothing to do with the Watchtower Society. It is designed for Messianic Jews.

Yes, I have seen lots of word twisting in here.

What I was referring to is how people get suspicious if they think you are resisting answering something. They don't know what your reason for resisting answering is unless you tell them! :)

OK I understand, I agree with whay you say also. and I know you already know this but some issues are much simipler and some very complex, I myself like to post a full view of scripture even on simple topics. As when I as studying myself I like to take all or at least a good number of verses all showing the same thing to form my beliefs., because it grants a better understanding of what is true IMO. also I honestly really enjoy the word, I want there to be more, it would be awesome if the Holy Scriptures were like 10-20 times as long, particularlyabout Yahshua/Jesus but I trust that Yah gave what we need to know and love what He has given.
 
I think this would be a great thread to discuss verses that seem to contradict other ones. Maybe we will learn something with His help!:)

The Ebionites were a Christian sect that claimed to preserve the original autograph of apostle Matthew in Hebrew. It is quoted often by Epiphanius in the 300s. He said its official title was “The Gospel according to Matthew.” (Epiphanius, Panarion 30, 13, 2-3.)

Apostle John told Papias around 90 A.D. about this book of Matthew: “Matthew put together the oracles [of the Lord] in the Hebrew language, and each one interpreted them as best he could.” (Eusebius, Hist. Eccl. iii. 39, quoting Exposition of the Oracles of the Lord)

Irenaeus likewise says: “Matthew also issued a written Gospel among the Hebrews in their own dialect.” (Irenaeus, Against Heresies, Book III, Chapter I, quoted in Eusebius,
Ecclesiastical History, Book V, Chapter VIII.)

Jerome around 404 A.D. wrote of this too: “The Hebrew [Matthew] itself has been preserved until the present day in the library at Caesarea which Pamphilus so diligently gathered.” (Jerome, Lives of Illustrious Men, Chapter III.)

“Matthew collected the oracles (ta logia) in the Hebrew language, and each interpreted them as best he could.” – Papias (Eusebius, H.E. 3.39.16)

We have Greek New Testament. And if it was OK for apostles and the first church to use only "Lord" or "God", there is no need to return back to Jewish language.

Except Mattheew wrote his gospel in the Hebrew language, so it is truth not turing back.

Copies of it still exist today. There are also copies of John and Revelation that I know of in Hebrew.
