The stock is made of tenite, a popular plastic used extensively in the mid 1900s. The 87A stock isn't compatible. As far as I can determine, there is no glue that will hold it together.

The rifle belonged to my FIL and I want to pass it on to my oldest great grandson. It is also fun to shoot it.
 
then use the popperts gun parts and Google it, I haven't seen anything JB weld won't hold together.

Tried it. It won't hold tenite.

I had a friend who was going to make me one out of wood, but he passed before he could get to it.

My son dabbles in molded plastic and aluminum. We're thinking about trying it.
 
Thanks. Close, but has screw about 1/2 inch from trigger guard. I believe that the 87T stock is an inch or so longer. I looked for a schematic of the Model 87T but had no luck.
 
those might be great people to contact for help on yours, take a picture or two, send a message, they make a lot of stocks for models close to yours.

Seriously!?? How dumb can u be!?? Less guns in the hands of honest citizens= more crime! Criminals don't need guns to do harm. Most legal gun owners are also SAFE gun owners!

many are there who have drank the koolaid of ignorance of irresponsibility toward or obligation to protect ourselves, loved ones, and community.
