They voted for free stuff. I guess its not free after all.
Their right to keep and carry arms cost their and our ancestors a LOT of blood. Now the most lethal enemies of those people just told them to pound sand . What a shame.
They were treated like an occupied army seized them when the covid threat was used.

Me too. My friend when I lived in Colorado had a 410 single barrel and a bow & arrow and so he started shooting arrows with 310 shells. Cut the top off and pour out the shot put an arrow into the gun most the way and slip the 410 shell around the end of the arrow and push it the rest of the way in. When he did that the end of the arrow came sticking out the end of the barrel and he closes it then screws on a broadhead.

It worked great and was fairly accurate.

Hey, that might just make those expensive crossbows obsolete! There's got to be some YouTube videos showing that. I forgot which channel, but I saw one once that focused on strange unique ammo and things the guy tried shooting from shotguns.

I can only guess that the chance of overpressure was mitigated by the narrow shaft.

Thanks for posting this!

I'm impressed that a 22 blank can launch that weight 400 fps.
That's far more than 100grs. when you take into account shaft weight

I went to this site. I don't know if it's the same one he used.
I just wish he did an accuracy test on targets out to typical hunting ranges . There's no doubt others who have.
The company should show what features these have that a typical bolt gun doesn't?

That impressed me too. I hadnt ever heard of a 22 arrowgun until today and I like it except I dont have any arrows. It punched right through a car door! Wow.

Can't help but notice that lever action 30/30 in there. I used to have one just like it I think? But I gave that one away when I bought my 1895G 45/70. Now that Ruger took over Marlin I have lever actions on the brain I think this time I'll go with an 1894 Classic 44 Mag.

20" barrel, 10+1 capacity. Now that's an Assault Rifle !

I'm a get out in the brush kind of guy too and I've never had a hunting rifle longer than 22" 20 is my preferred length. I was always hunting the timber and 20" served me well.

I found that too in the woods of WVa. It's dense in places and a pain getting snagged off trail.

The biggest game 99% hunt are whitetail at under 300 yards so the relatively little velocity loss is not a factor.

About the harmonics issue, my late friend and gunsmith manufactured adjustable muzzle brakes to fine tune for each load.
Some loads are accurate and others all over the place. His brakes allowed the hunter to dial it in for individual loads.
