:D That would have been fun :D ... but I think it would be quite a detour :p Who knows, maybe I end up there for a holiday some time. We plan to drive through northern Europe :)

Despite being all into Prog Rock, I'm not a big Genesis fan (sorry, I just can't dig Peter Gabriel). I very much like "Entangled" by them, though.

And as corny as this might sound, I think a line from Batman Begins has me reassessing myself (for the better).

My brother went to the Newsboys concert last night (he was working so he was right next to them) and the guitarist threw the guitar pick and he caught it! :D

A Kobe beef burger, two white russians, and catching up with an old friend; tonight was a good night.

Tomorrow is photo day at work.

Working in early childhood, there are only three days a year I wear makeup. Photo day, Christmas party day, and the day the firemen come to visit.

I'm not ashamed.

LOL, I don't blame you. Firemen are usually gorgeous! :o

In high school I had a huge crush on a firefighter and he was also on the football team and let's just say I enjoyed sitting in the freezing cold to watch him play. Although, I am most grateful God removed him from my life and allowed me to mature and to realize there is more to men than dashing good looks

Nothing more romantic than being rescued by a fireman with makeup on

when i was in college and living with a girlfriend, the apartment above mine caught fire and my roommate woke me up because we needed to evacuate. our apartment wasn't on fire yet, but it was quickly threatening. further, the firemen were wanting to make sure everyone was out so they could account for everyone.

as i was following my roommate to the door, i was wearing some comfy old nightshirt and socks and mostly still asleep. as my roommate julie opened the front door, i could see 356356354734 firemen and emergency personnel outside.

naturally, i did the reasonable and prudent thing--turned on my heel and hustled back to my bedroom.

at that point, i made a quick clothing change and grabbed my lip gloss, and yanked the ponytail out of my hair. it might have been the fastest i got ready for ANY gentleman caller. ; p

mind you, any gentleman caller summoned by 911. and not exactly there to see me.

Almost 357 trillion firemen and emergency personnel? Somehow that seems like and exaggeration.
