To me, one of the most beautiful things in all existence is the sound of male and female harmony. There's just something about it that's unlike anything else...

I agree with you.

You Are Holy (Prince of Peace), one of my favorite songs, is not the best song to illustrate your point because there is not much of male/female harmonization in it. However, there is, in its essence, different kind of harmony when both men and women are singing together about Jesus, sometimes following one another, sometimes singing two completely different lyrics simultaneously yet singing about one same subject - that is Jesus. It's just beautiful, BEAUTIFUL. Lastly, around 3:17, it almost feels like it's coming from heaven as you listen while your eyes closed - this is one song I want to practice and sing with my wife together because the song implicitly illustrates what two different people, different gender with different background, can make out of their differences when they sing in one heart with their eyes on Jesus only. Amen haha!

Mmmmm tomorrow and Monday off. Church tomorrow night :) Bought a whole pumpkin pie to devour in the next day or two. Bringing out my collection of cardigans and slouchy toques (or 'beanies' in American-ese). Boots shall be worn again soon.

Went kayaking today. It was actually allot of fun, which was different than what I expected. I've always been super paranoid/scared about large bodies of water, especially on something so small as a kayak (being on a boat in general is always a little frightening to me). I was incredibly nervous when we started, but once we got out on the water is wasn't that bad. We ended up going to a nearby island which was nearly 1.5 miles offshore.

Just remember, if you get cold don't do what the two eskimoes did. They built a fire in the kayak. Of course it didn't work out too well, the kayak sank. But they proved the old saying, you can't have your kayak and heat it too.

Just got the weirdest pm today from someone who read a post I made a while back on 'marital discipline'. She wanted to convince me that she believes it's biblical for a husband to spank his wife when she's being 'unruly'.

*sigh*

Alrighty, then.

I haven't been able to sleep...this has been going on for awhile now. Even when I do sleep Im constantly waking up at all hours.
I really don't know anything about insomnia, but I wonder if people can just randomly develop it.

It could be caused by anxiety. Is there something that's been worrying you? If so, it could be that. If not, it might be too much caffeine during the day or a nutritional deficiency. Not enough calcium or magnesium can cause insomnia. Anyway, I hope you get it figured out.

And if it was me, I would have replied something like 'you should stay out of what married couples may do in the privacy of the bedroom!'... Just for fun XD

hahaha! I can't believe I even considered responding, but she claimed to be just briefly using her daughter's account and I noticed she seemed to be a very infrequent visitor to CC so I didn't bother.

Your way seems more fun, though. :D

3 more students signed up with me yesterday and just got an email from someone wanting to sign up two of her kids. I don't even do any advertising, so far this is all just word of mouth. Woohoo!
