Those were neat. I would say I loved playing with Lincoln Logs when I was a kid or playing with my dump trucks with my sister. I just love and cherish those memories

Well, I think yesterday speaks for itself. I ran myself ragged scrubbing two bathrooms floor to ceiling and moving a bunch of encyclopedia's, bookshelf, and a piano when my lower back was hurting so bad and as a result I ended up in the doctor's office again this morning because the pain just kept getting worse. I knew I should have said no, but I couldn't.

Do you remember when S.W.A.T. had to be cancelled because it suggested that people got shot or something along those lines? now tv has way worse.

Ouch, yeah I have done that before. I see I am not alone on having a hard time saying no.

well see what the xrays show. if nothing is broken, which i pray nothing is broken, i suggest seeing the chiropractor. in the mean time, ice the area 15-20 mins every hour and take aleve/advil if you can
