Preperation H is a hemorrhoid medical cream that comes in a tube like toothpaste. Maybe I was suppose to say, "Don't get your Preperation H and toothpaste mixed up."
Yeah that's it.

"If you take all of their advice and follow all of their recommendations -- soon enough you will no-doubt need to get another car..."friends, thanks for all the advice and recommendations lol

Does that mean that psychomom looks like Harvey? And, that - she is really her imaginary friend's imaginary friend?hahahaha....
of course not!
he looks like Jimmy Stewart.![]()
Yes, Ellie.maybe it's better put this way...it's a sort of electrical generator.
it converts mechanical energy to electrical energy.
that's why, if the alternator is bad, the battery won't recharge and it'll die.
at least...i think that's right?![]()
The "generator" of yesteryear was a DC ( "Direct Current" ) generator. The "alternator" of today is a three-phase AC ( "Alternating Current" ) generator - the output of which is then converted to DC ( not pure DC, but "close enough" ) - and voltage-regulated.Yeah, that's as close as we need to get to know the purpose of an alternator. (In years past, the part of the car that did the same thing, more or less, was actually called a "generator.")
Yes. Absolutely. I agree. This was part of what I was saying......but hominy is very altered corn.
So - it needs to be a 'nitty' kind of gritty? Now, we are getting down to the real nitty-gritty.
